Captain: Alfredo De Santis
Captain Alfredo De Santis is a highly-professional and experienced seaman with qualifications that include MCA Unlimited MCV 200GT/OOW 500GT and RYA Yachtmaster licences. He boasts over 15 years in the yachting industry and has participated and helped secure top rankings in many high profile sailing regattas including Les Voiles de St Tropez. A team-player, Alfredo is also a natural leader, using intuitive problem solving skills to ensure that tasks run smoothly at all times. With guest satisfaction of primary importance, he prides himself on doing whatever it takes to ensure guests have a delightful stay onboard. Alfredo is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish. He looks forward to welcoming guests onboard 19TH HOLE.
Chef: Anna Moramarco
With a love for food and travel combined with a flair for entertaining, Anna was immediately drawn to the opportunity of working aboard a yacht as a chef and hostess. Professionally trained she attended cooking school in Italy, from where she hails gaining vast knowledge in culinary preparations and techniques through a variety of positions held in the hospitality industry. With a creative culinary spirit, Anna is skilled in preparing traditional Mediterranean cuisine as well as more inventive dishes that showcase her talent of cooking with panache. For guests that have special dietary requirements, Anna is also adept in adapting her menu to suit their specified needs.
