The cuisine on Promenade is outstanding. Dishes from around the world are presented in a casual style.

We pamper our guests with exotic tropical drinks and a fully stocked wine cellar and it is all inclusive!

We send you food and beverage preference sheets in advance so, as a group, you can choose each days meals from below and more. All our meals are served in our spacious cockpit, the largest of any sailing yacht in the Caribbean, with the British Virgin Islans sunset in the background!

Breakfast

Our breakfast items include a tropical fruit platter every morning, along with fresh coffee and orange juice.  Morning meals include bagels, croissants, homemade muffins, belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and maple syrup, homemade cinnamon buns, american breakfast cooked to order, Eggs Benedict, and Ham and Cheese souffles just to name a few.

Lunches

We specialize in fresh baked breads and salads on Promenade. Other options include teriyaki chicken wings, marinated all night and served with caesar salad and crazy bread, grilled chicken fajita buffet, Caribbean Pizza Promenade style, barbecued hamburges and potato salad, fresh bread, meat and cheese platter and cold shrimp with greek salad.

Cocktail hour

Each day as the sun goes over the yardarm our pitchers of cocktails come out. Our extensive cocktail recipes include painkillers, bushwhackers, banana daiquris, pina oladas, frozen margaritas and rum punches just to name a few! Appetizers include nachos and cheese with salsa, red pepper dip, conch fritters, shrimp dip, assorted cheese platter, sweet and sour meatballs and chicken fingers. We also have a few cocktail hour games that we love playing with guests,  but be warned, we usually win!

Dinner

Served with a selection of freshly prepared vegetables and salad, they include shrimp and scallops done scampi style, tuna steaks with a tomato pineapple chutney, indonesian chicken sate kabobs, beef or chicken chinese stir fries with angel hair pasta, mississippi rub barbecued ribs and tenderloin steak barbecued to perfection.

Desserts

Delicious and delightful, let yourself go and enjoy! Fresh homemade ice cream, chocolate cheesecake, mississippi mud pie, white chocolate mousse, apple streusel pie, and key lime pie, all served with frew brewed coffee and a selection of liqueurs.
