ANASSA Crew Profile
CAPTAIN - NIKOS PANOU
Captain Nikos is of Greek nationality born March 7, 1969, He is married and has two children. Agistri, the Saronic Gulf Island is his birth place and where he first realized that sailing was his passion. Nikos holds Captain’s Class C diploma. His compassionate yet firmly disciplined character is responsible for electing his crew members and making sure that combined together, they will make the ultimate team, meeting your every desire with safety first. For the past ten years, Nikos has led some of the finest and most luxurious yachts on the market today and all with grand success. He is a professional lifeguard and together along with his crew, your voyages can be no less than unforgettable. He is at the helm of m/y Anassa for three years in a row.
CHEF – CHRISTOS CHRISTOFORATOS
Chef Christos was born September 25, 1972 in Piraeus, Greece. He is single and speaks English, conversational French and basic Arabic. Christos attended the “Delta Private School” in Athens, Greece, where he obtained his diploma for Traditional Cooking. He also attended the school “Le Monte” and holds a Certificate of “Euro Chef”. Further to this, Christos attended seminars at Crete Elyros Village for food and beverage. He has also attended seminars on Cooking and Pastry in Greece, and in France at “Ecole Ferrandi”. Christos cuisine is made up of Greek, Italian, Spanish, French and Arabic. But, not only does he cook all these fabulous dishes, he is an exceptional barbeque cook. Christos will also make your mouth water from his Pastry making and baking decors! Christos began cooking for his guests with love and passion from 1990. He was singled out to be the personal chef for the King of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 1990-1995. From then on, Christos has been cooking for many clients on board luxury yachts and very well known and demanding restaurants in Greece. He is onboard m/y Anassa for three years in a row, and once you have had the chance to experience his cooking, you will have all your questions answered. He is a professional lifeguard, and during his free time, he enjoys playing darts or listening to music
ENGINEER – PHILIPPOS STAVRAKAS
Engineer Philippos was born July 29, 1979 in Athens, Greece. He is single and speaks very good English. Philippos holds a B’ Engineer’s Diploma which he received from the “Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos”, Athens. Philippos also holds certificates for Management Sources Engine, Manager of the Ship Security Officer, Engineer Officer of any Capacity; Valid for T/V Oil, Gas and Chemicals and for Advance Rescue, Fire Fighting Equipment and First Aid. In April 1999, Philippos began serving at sea on board m/t “World Kinship” and he continued to serve on board merchant vessels until 2009 where he brought his services to luxury motor yachts. Other merchant vessels were m/t ‘World Creation”, m/t “World Kronos”, m/t “Elka Hercules”, m/t “Elka Athina”, m/t “Elka Aristotel” (as 3rd Engineer), m/t “Elka Vassiliki” and m/t “Cap George”. In 2009 m/y “Atlantis” was the first luxury motor yacht Philippos joined as Engineer B, based in Monaco. He has also worked as Engineer on board motor yachts “Helios” and “O’Pari”, and today he is on board m/y “Anassa”. During his free time, Philippos enjoys discovering and being kept updated with all the new electronic gadgets.
CHIEF STEWARDESS – IRENE CHELIOU
Chief Stewardess Irene was born December 9, 1976 in Athens, Greece. She is married and speaks English and German. Irene graduated from the High School of Palaio Faliro, Athens in 1994 and from 1994 to 1997 she attended and graduated from the “School of Drama and Arts” of Piraeus, Greece. Irene is also attended in 2008 the “School of Pedagogical and Technological Education” and graduated in 2009 with honors. Further to the above, Irene also holds all necessary Safety Certificates including Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances Certificates. In 1998 to 1999, Irene served on board luxury motor yacht “Therapy” as Stewardess. Irene also has a background as an actress, especially with Educational Theatrics for children and as a waitress for well known restaurants in Athens. For Irene this is the second year in a row on board m/y “Anassa”. During her free time Irene enjoys acting, swimming and walking on stilts.

ANASSA Accommodations
ANASSA can accommodate 9 guests in 4 cabins. The Master cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. A VIP cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed, a pullman, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed, shower and toilet. ANASSA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
