Captain Arturo Ortega Escudero, mexican 39 years . He holds a Captain and Geographer license, a master in ships up to 3000 tons endorse by the International Maritime Organization.
Survival Craft Lifeboatman Endorsement,Personal Survival Techniques Certificate, Unlimited Radar Observer, Advanced Firefighting certificate, Advanced First Aid. Captain yacht- master certified by Benetti. He worked as a captain on board a merchant ship of the Mexican Navy cruising Europe, Asia and Australia.

He worked on board TOUCHE, a 65' motor yacht since 1990 as the captain, cruising the Pacific Coast of Mexico and the Pacific of the United States. After 8 years he moved to a 58' Azimut Andrea J cruising Mexican Pacific Ports. After that he was on board an 85' Azimut XEITOSA cruising the West Med (Italy, France and Spain) His last job was on board an Azimut TV 85' cruising the Pacific Coast of Mexico and Miami

Chef Ana Cecilia Cabrera Calva, mexican that began her training in Wetchester College of New York in catering for fun and business. After that she studied International Cuisine with Maria Orsini, Italian Cuisine and the 6 great Chefs of the French Cuisine, with chef Pascal, Asiatic Cuisine with the chef Lety Gordon and finally a master in Cordon D'Or. After being a chef in many restaurants such as Elba 10', La Curva, Dominique and Pier 61' she decided to run her own business named La Bonne Cuisine where she manages and coordinates all the events, create new menus, customer service etc. She was on board an Azimut 85' working as a chef during July 2002 and in an Azimut 80' in July 2003.
