Chris has been a sailor since a young child, has sailed in many waters - Atlantic, Mediterannean and Caribbean. He holds a DTI Yacht master Ocean (professional) O.K. has travelled extensively in Europe and the Americas. Chris also is a pilot, diver, windsurfer, and skier and collects antiques. He has successfully developed several businesses and still found time to cook to a high standard, hosting many dinner-parties & social occasions.
