Mark Lacey, Captain
Captain Mark Lacey hails from London, England and has over 19 years of yachting experience including extensive travels from the Caribbean and US East Coast to less visited destinations such as the Persian Gulf and Nova Scotia.
Specializing in new builds and excelling in project management, Captain Lacey has played a vital role in the building of yachts for Lurssen, Royal Huisman, Feadship, Christensen, Heesen and most recently Delta.

• US FAA Commercial (Instrument Rated)

Stuart Ince, Chef
Chef Stuart is an internationally renowned chef with classical French training and over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef Stuart recently won the 2012 Concours des Chefs at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show.
Prior to joining the yachting industry, Stuart worked at:

Josh Kay, Chief Officer
Josh Kay was born and raised on the water in New Zealand. After working as a dive instructor in Western Australia and the Great Barrier, Josh began his career on commercial dive boats. With 7 years of diving experience, Josh began his first job in yachting aboard a 45m Delta motor yacht off the coast of New England. Acting as Chief Officer for over 3 years, Josh has traveled throughout Thailand, Egypt, Jordan, Italy, Croatia, Northern Europe, Eastern United States, and the Caribbean.

Katie Hearn, Chief Stewardess
Katie grew up traveling in the Caribbean, where her father managed some of the most exclusive resorts in the region. While living in the Caribbean, Katie received first-hand experience with the sailing and resort industries, which have made her a valuable addition to the crew. Katie’s six years onboard yachts have taken her to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Central American coast.

Tim Grant, Bosun
Tim is a well-respected surfer in his hometown community on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. He comes from a family of skilled sailors and spent many of his school holidays on his own sailing yacht. As Bosun, Tim maintains Arianna’s exterior condition, and he is the perfect crewmember to ask for advice or a lesson in water sports.

Carla Jesberg, 2nd Stewardess
Carla grew up on the Gold Coast of Australia where she participated in an awareness group called ‘Nippers’ that encourages a responsible relationship and understanding of the ocean. At age 21, Carla fell in love with the yachting industry and has since enjoyed helping guests explore the ocean through snorkeling and diving some of the best reefs in the world.
Lloyd Aickin, Deckhand
Lloyd grew up in the City of Sails, Auckland, New Zealand, and has a genuine love for the water and being outdoors. Lloyd’s passion for travelling and adventure encouraged him to trade in his office-job lifestyle to pursue a career on super yachts. Lloyd’s responsibilities as deckhand include maintaining the exterior of the yacht and the day-to-day upkeep of water toys and water gear.

Jenna Mentink, 3rd Stewardess
Jenna’s childhood in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand and her passion for travel have both led her to the yachting industry. Jenna began her career as a flight attendant for Virgin Airlines before she discovered her love of yachting.

Vladimir Zujovic, Deckhand
Serbian-born, Vladimir has a passion for travel and photography. Working onboard yachts and cruise ships have enabled Vlad to take on work as a senior photographer and combine work and travel. Vladimir’s expertise and passion make him an excellent Deckhand and 2nd Engineer as he works to maintain the exterior appearance and functionality of Arianna.

Anebe Pretorious, 4th Stewardess
Anebe’s hometown, Hermanus, on the southern coast of South Africa, is known as the best whale-watching destination in the world and is home to thousands of international tourists every year. It comes as no surprise that Anebe has grown up open to all cultures of the world and with a desire to travel herself.

ARIANNA can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed convertible to a queen, shower and toilet. ARIANNA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
