Salvatore was born in the wonderful city of Naples and since he was a child he was literally fascinated by the sea and the ships. This is why, soon after accomplishing his studies, he attended a training and obtained a qualification as dock operator, being responsible for several pier activities such as the mooring, the ships’ maintenance, fuel provisioning supervision etc.. After many years in this field, he decided in 2014 to pass on the other side of the pier, and work on board; Salvatore is a hard-worker and has an excellent ability to adapt to different situations. Flexible and very well organized, he is a reliable Captain who will be very glad to welcome his guests aboard and help them whenever needed. Salvatore speaks Spanish and a good English.
Accursia Russo, 35 y.o., Italian
Accursia was born and raised in the wonderful maritime country of Palermo, Sicily. After achieving a chartered accountant qualification, she decided to indulge her passion for travel and started working aboard ferry boats before embarking on both private and charter luxury yachts as a stewardess since 2009. Accursia has gained invaluable experience in all areas of guest service, she enjoys working in dynamic teams where she can be challenged and is able to put her expertise to full use.Her cheerful and friendly personality will spread to everyone on board and her top-class service will make every guest’s stay as memorable as possible. Accursia speaks a good level of English and Spanish.
Deckhand Massimiliano Pirillo, 49 y.o. Italian,
Massimiliano is a very reliable and professional seamen. He showed a passion for the sea in his early age so the decision to study at a nautical institute was quite a straightforward one. After getting his high school diploma, he started working in the hospitality industry as a maitre in different restaurants in Sorrento and, after a while, he decided to embark as a deckhand/steward on a private yacht. His second passion, just after the sea, is cooking: he’s specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and, together with the Captain, he will be glad to delight his guests with local delicacies.He speaks Italian and a good English.
