Sarah Holst - Captain
Sarah was born in Durban, South Africa and has been around yachts since a very young age since her father built their first yacht and took the family sailing around the world. Sarah joined the super yacht industry ten years ago where she worked her way up from a deck hand on various charter and private yachts to obtain experience and sea time to enable her to obtain her Captains license through the MCA. Sarah has extensive navigational knowledge of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and first came to the Caribbean island of St Maarten in 1990 with her parents on their yacht. Sarah’s professional manner and extreme diligence to safety ensures the yacht is run to the highest standard. Sarah enjoys diving, wakeboarding and exploring new destinations.
Sarah is married to Graeme who is the Chef on board and with both of their charter experience over the years they will bring you an exceptional experience on board as a team.
Graeme Holst - Chef
Graeme has been creating culinary delights for the past 20 years. Some of which have been in Auckland’s finest restaurants and lodges with a few years dedicated to the rich and famous on yachts. Graeme prides himself on using the freshest and finest ingredients whilst creating healthy, clean creations. Coming from the shores of Aotearoa (New Zealand) Graeme’s repertoire is of manly fusion cuisine, and on his travel of the world he also incorporates these flavors into his food. In his spare time Graeme likes to snowboard, free dive and practice the art of Mauy Thai and the occasional yoga.
Cecilia - Stewardess
Cecilia is from Uruguay’s beautiful coastline near Montevideo. Raised by the beautiful white beaches, she has a natural love for the ocean and travelling. She has a natural talent for languages and can speak Spanish, English, Catalan, basic Italian and French.

Cecilia takes a lot of pride in seeing her Clients receiving the best service and enjoying their time in all areas of their trip.
Hayden - Deckhand
Hayden is from Wellington, New Zealand. Hayden’s family are recreational sailors and he enjoyed spending time, while growing up, on his father sailing yacht and taking part with water sports with his family. He has a love for Sports, Drawing, travelling, meeting new people and History. Sports like Rugby, Rock climbing, Winter sports and Water sports. Hayden has travelled to different areas of the world and rock climbed. His favourite area was in 2008 Toronto, Canada. It didn’t take him long to follow this new direction and found himself on a yacht delivery to France a week later. Before yachting, Hayden was a teacher. He spent five years teaching in the Netherlands. Hayden learned Dutch and can speak Dutch very well. He is very fond of the Netherlands and calls it still his European home.
