Chartering in the East Mediterranean

Operating in the East Mediterranean

The 52 is the first model introducing this new generation in the Lagoon fleet. With it's diamond-shaped vertical bows, contemporary styled hulls and it's levitated hardtop, the Lagoon 52 stands out from the crowd. The yacht offers plenty of entertainment and lounging areas; a vast flybridge, a cozy forward cockpit and a spacious aft cockpit. All ropes and controls are located on the flybridge, away from the living areas. Lagoon really seem to be setting the bar when it comes to 50ft - 65ft catamarans.

As you can see from the photos the interior is of a high quality and with this 5 cabin layout she has a master cabin, 3 double cabins & a bunk room all with en-suites, she will accommodate a party of 10.

Crew Profile

Captain: Matt Fraser

Matt took to dinghy sailing aged 12, since then adventures on the water have been an inevitable part of life. Thriving on new experiences; Matt had tried his hand at windsurfing, wake boarding, snowboarding, taken on a 2300 mile kayak trip and he is even a qualified skydiver. He turned his attention to a career in yachting three years ago, qualifying as an RYA Yacht master Offshore in the Solent. Then spending summers running flotilla holidays on the Turkish Turquoise Coast and throughout the Greek Aegean. On the job Matt has also built up great experience skippering a variety yachts and catamarans ranging from 30 to 60 feet in length. Always calm, approachable and found with a smile, Matt will listen to your needs and show you the very best of the Ionian aboard Aurous.

Chef / First mate: Naomi

It wasn't until summer 2014 that Naomi decided to start a career in yacht hosting and since then she has been fortunate enough to sail amongst the Dodecanese Islands in Greece, the Gulf of Hisaronu in Turkey and the Saronic and Argolic Gulfs near Athens as well as gaining some tidal experience whilst completing her RYA Day Skipper from the Isle of Wight.

Cooking for family and friends has always been a passion of Naomi's and she loves to experiment with different cultural cuisines, this combined with a season catering in a 4 star chalet has given her the skills to create mouth-watering dishes on board.

Her friendly and enthusiastic personality has lent itself to hosting roles and she hopes to welcome you aboard Aurous this summer.
