Crew Profile

Jack and Cayley met in 2012 while working on sailboats in the British Virgin Islands, and they’ve been having a love affair with the ocean ever since. Despite originally hailing from more brisk climates, abundant wildlife, beautiful backdrops and active lifestyles are what keeps bringing them back to the water. World travelers, motivated citizens, and good salts of the earth! Now they want you too, to see everything that sailing has to offer… aboard Bandido

Jack Pincus is from the great sea-faring state of Colorado, but grew up in South America, where he learned to speak Spanish. He returned to Colorado to obtain his bachelors degree in Economics. He has a wide variety of sailing experience that spans from dinghy and super-yacht racing, high-end luxury charters and sailing experience aboard Oyster Yachts, all the way to directing college expeditions aboard a classic sailing tall ship. Whether it’s learning to sail, or how to adventure, or making a cocktail,he’s the man. When he’s not sailing, he’s mountain biking, camping, or figuring out how to fl an airplane. With thousands of blue water miles and a sailing vessel of his own, he is sure to make your experience aboard Bandido safe, fun, and incredibly entertaining.

Cayley Coulbourn hails from Vancouver, Canada. Growing up, she was given the opportunity to live abroad and travel extensively, fueling her love for cooking (and eating!) delicious food. She loves shopping the local markets wherever she is, to utilize as much seasonal and fresh produce in her meals as possible, along with flavors from all of her favorite places, spanning from Asia to the Med.

Cayley graduated from the University of British Columbia, and is a PADI dive instructor. She has worked in numerous sailing, scuba and tourism positions around the world, and loves getting to help making people’s dream vacations a reality. When she isn’t in the galley, you can find her riding her bike or on the ski hill.
