BETTY JANE Crew Profile
Christopher Wills ~ Captain
Christopher was born in New York and raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He has always been passionate about the water and grew up boating on the Hudson River and the Long Island Sound. Christopher started his maritime career in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he spent several years entertaining guests on day and term charter boats. Since moving to Fort Lauderdale in 1998 he has run several yachts, cruising extensively in the Bahamas, Eastern and Western Caribbean and the Eastern seaboard as far North as Labrador. Christopher holds a USCG 500 ton Masters license and enjoys visiting ports new and old and is eager to show guests the best of each locale, from the comfort of the “Betty Jane”. While not on the water he can be found seeking new destinations and experiences with his wife and daughter in tow.
Piers Fleming ~ Mate
Born and raised in Belize, Piers has been working & traveling the world on yachts for the past 7 years. Now a full time Fort Lauderdale resident, Piers continues his career as Mate aboard “Betty Jane”. He holds his 200 ton license as well as being a Dive Master and avid outdoorsman. His great sense of humor, love of kids and water sports makes him a fantastic addition to the” Betty Jane” crew.
Elizabeth Cathey ~ Chef
Elizabeth was born in Nashville, raised in the Mid-West and has lived all over the US & Europe, contributing to her passion for the culinary arts & creative entertaining. After 10 years in corporate sales & marketing, she transitioned into yachting 6 years ago and has enjoyed cooking and stewarding on private and charter vessels in Florida, Bahamas, the Caribbean and New England. Her enthusiasm for food and unique table settings make for a fun and ever changing experience while on” Betty Jane”. She marries the menu, the local environment and guest preferences to create a most memorable time while on board.
They are joined by a professional stewardess while on charter.

BETTY JANE Accommodations
BETTY JANE can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A VIP cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. A Starboard cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. A Port cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. BETTY JANE is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate heads and shower.
