Captain: Geroge Parissis

Greek / 1974

George is a merchant marine master mariner Captain (STCW) and further has a Masters Degree from the University of Greenwich in Marine Engineering Management. He has been approved from the University of Greenwich as an instructor of higher education programmes such as MSc Marine Engineering Management and BA Hons Business Studies (Shipping). His experience in the industry is vast; specializing in Yachting and Yachting Security. George’s knowledge ranges from safety and personal survival under IMO Conventions to Lloyds Educational Systems in Crew Management, Yacht Logistics, Behavioural and Service Quality, and Security Training. As captain, he is extremely responsible for the total operation of the yacht. George is responsible for the supervision of the crew as well as ensuring the enjoyment of all guests onboard, and, of course, he is a great navigator. He keeps and manages the financial records and budget, plan itineraries, make reservations, and has a list of contacts that may be needed at the yacht. George works very closely with the guests, and has a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

Petros graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete in 2004 and holds a degree of Mechanical Engineer. In 2008 he attended Seafarers Further Training Center courses of Ministry of Shipping Maritime Affairs and the Aegean and holds a degree of Engineer Class B’. In addition, he has attended multiple training seminars and hold certificates in Tanker Safety Advanced, S.S.O., Crowd and Crisis Management for Ro-Ro Passenger Ships A-V/2, A-V/3, Engine room Simulation and Management, Proficiency in survival craft, rescue boat, fast rescue boat, Advanced fire fighting, medical first aid and high speed boats operation. Petros is a highly skilled engineer since he has been working on board numerous merchant and passenger vessels as well as luxury yachts for more than 15 years. Particularly worthy of mention is the fact that he has served as a Ship Engineer for the Hellenic Military Navy.

Elissavet has attended Seminars at “Delta” and “OAED” Schools in Culinary Art and in Tourism Profession. She holds Certificates in Life Saving & Fire Fighting Appliances of National School of Aspropyrgos, RO-RO Passenger, and Crisis Management. Elissavet is on board m/y Can’t Remember for second year. Her culinary career started at the age of 17, at a restaurant near her family's home in Crete, just 10 minutes from the Castle of Rethymno. Since her passion blossomed, she has worked in a plethora of restaurants in Greece. Elissavet has more than ten years of experience in the yachting industry and has travelled extensively throughout Europe.

After three successful years on board yachts Lydia joins m/y Can’t Remember for the second time. Prior to her life at sea, she had been studying English and Spanish in Corfu University. While in Athens, Lydia worked as a nanny, as a receptionist for a short time and as a manager of the food and beverage department in a hotel. Lydia is a fashion enthusiast and is always keeping up with the latest trends, complementing the personal stylist and a make-up artist in her. She also loves interior design and always enjoys a fine dining experience. Her multi-lingual communication skills allow her to cater to a variety of cultures and nationalities.

Enta was born and raised in Athens. After finishing school she persuaded a career in the Cruise industry travelling all around the world. After 5 years, Katerina decided it was time to head to warmer climates and so started her yachting career in Greece. With her friendly, easy going manner, she will make you feel relaxed and ensure that you have a great vacation.

Pantelis is a graduate of a Nautical School and has been working at sea since 2008. He holds Certificates for STCW, and Rescue & Fire. Born in Piraeus, Pantelis spent his childhood on the water, most notably vacationing at his family's summer house at Sounio Bay. It was during these summer months that Pantelis developed his passion for the sea, partaking in numerous activities such as water sports, sailing and boating. Pantelis ultimately knew that his career path would eventually lead him to the yachting industry. Pantelis joined m/y Can’t Remember in 2015 and strives to provide guests with a satisfying and memorable experience while on board.
