Experience the best of everything onboard the 123' Caprice. With a full array of water toys, generous on-deck areas and spacious interiors, there truly is something for everyone to enjoy. The main deck is the center of activity with open, elegantly appointed interior spaces for formal dining, entertaining and relaxing. Caprice offers comfort and easy elegance, accommodating eight guests in a king master plus three ensuite cabins, two of which are convertible from queens to a twin arrangement. The full -width master has his & her walk-in closets and a large ensuite marble bathroom complete with tub and separate shower. Every guest stateroom features modern entertainment systems. The large aft deck on Caprice offers convenient access to the swim platform and full walk around side decks. Day or night the sundeck is a delightful getaway with birdseye views, informal dining, relaxing Jacuzzi and pleasant areas for lounging.
Walkthrough:
A spacious main salon is perfect for casual or formal entertaining with her elegant, yet comfortable decor. A formal dining room is located on the main deck (skylight above the dining table)
For casual outdoor enjoyment there is a dining area located on the flybridge and aft deck.
CAPRICE offers complete walk-around. Located completely aft and center is a convenient access to the new extended swim platform. There are two u-shaped seating areas on the aft deck located port and starboard that allows open views off the aft. Entering the main salon through a center door is a full service bar complete with refrigerator/icemaker. Directly across from the bar is a card table with four chairs. Moving forward is a comfortable seating area with a full entertainment center located at the forward bulkhead. Continuing forward into the companionway the day head is located immediately to port. Access up to the raised pilothouse as well as access leading down to the lower accommodations. Located amidship port and starboard is access to the full walk around deck. Proceeding forward is the formal dining salon with a full-width galley located completely forward directly above the crew quarters, providing good separation between the owner's party and the crew. Access to the crew accommodations is through the port companionway, which also provides access to the galley, the pilot house, and the port side doorway. The forward deck provides a large padded sunning and sitting area.
Flybridge
Completely aft is storage for the Novurania tender and Yamaha waverunner and just forward is the large Jacuzzi tub. Just forward is a table for 8 with settee and chairs for that casual dining atmosphere. Forward of that are sun lounge chairs and two helm seats for sunning and sightseeing

CAPRICE Crew Profile

CAPTAIN CHUCK LIMROTH was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and has spent the majority of his life on or in the water, mostly involving boating. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration he returned to his hometown to manage a small business. Shortly after launching a new career in real estate he accepted an invitation to embark on a Trans-Pacific cruise aboard a college friends’ family sailboat. After the voyage he turned to a career in yachting. He has been a licensed Captain for over 20 years and currently holds an All Oceans USCG Masters 1600 ton (3000 ton ITC) License with full MCA and STCW 95 certification and has been the captain on board Caprice since March of 2000. He enjoys taking our guests to new and exciting places on board M/Y Caprice. His favorite cruising area is the Bahamas, for which he holds extensive knowledge of. His other interests are water activities, keeping fit and spending time with his wife.
CHEF THIERRY GOULARD
Chef Theirry brings an exceptional international gastronomic background to Trilogy and delights guests with his personal blend of classic French, bistro French, innovative American, and world cuisines.
Born in the sea-bordered province of Brittany in northwestern France, Thierry graduated with honors from College Hotelier de Vernet in Les Bains, France. He went from there to Paris to train in the top kitchens of The Ritz, Lutetia, Meurice, and Le Petit Colombier. He then moved to Barcelona, Spain, where he worked at Los Caracoles.
After relocating to New York City, he joined the culinary team at the legendary five-diamond restaurant Le Cirque, as well as at La Bonne Soupe. During his twelve years in the city, he also worked for celebrated fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier and his brother, artist Eric Demarchelier, at their French bistro on the Upper East Side. He later moved to California to join chef extraordinaire Wolfgang Puck at his flagship restaurant Spago and also at Granita in Malibu.
In 2001, Thierry settled in Charleston, South Carolina, where he owned two restaurants, Lafayette’s and Mia’s Café. The latter was chosen Best New Restaurant in Charleston. Over the course of his impressive career, Thierry has had the pleasure of cooking for many notable individuals including actor Jack Nicholson, Vice-President Joe Biden, and the Prince of Saudi Arabia.

CHEF KATHY GOULARD brings a creative and succulent adventure to Caprice and guests with her blend of Classic & Bistro French, Nouveau American and World Cuisine.
She studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and spent time at Le Notre Patisserie – Place Vendome, perfecting her pastry techniques.
Raised in Columbia, South Carolina she met her husband – French Chef Thierry Goulard. They currently reside in Charleston, South Carolina. She has owned several restaurants and received awards for her culinary skills. The latest was Mia’s Café, chosen “Best new restaurant” in Charleston.
Chef Kathy is a certified open water scuba diver and plans to continue with her education towards master diver.
She looks forward to combining your culinary experience with the wonderful world of yachting aboard Caprice.
CHIEF ENGINEER IAN MORRIS was born and raised in London, graduating from High School in 1982. He joined the Royal Navy and after four years of formal engineering education he served on H.M. Ships Cardiff, Avenger and Chatham. During this time, his tours of duty included the Persian Gulf, the Caribbean and the Ministry of Defense in London. Ian moved to the United States in 1995 and began working in the yachting industry, which included a multimillion dollar, eighteen-month refit project on the 172 foot Motor Yacht Taipan. Most recently, Ian has taught yacht engineers the new MCA engineering syllabus at the International Yachtmaster’s Training in Fort Lauderdale. Ian joined the Caprice in 2004.
FIRST MATE CHRIS SEAGO has had a close connection with the ocean since an early age. He grew up living on the ocean with his sailing career starting at age thirteen on the family sailboat. At age 17 he cruised with his family from South-Africa, stopping in Brazil and most of the Caribbean islands, ultimately arriving in Florida.
It was then that his professional yachting career started. In his years on Yachts Chris has traveled as far East as Sri-Lanka and West to Alaska, stopping almost everywhere in-between. Chris currently holds his Yacht-master 200 ton Captains license.
Chris keeps himself busy with sporting endeavors whenever possible. He has competed in marathon kayaking events, mountain and road cycling events as well as playing rugby for many years. The most notable mountain bike race being the ‘Transrockies bicycle race’- This event is one of the world’s premiere mountain bicycle races and covers 600 Km through the Rocky Mountains. Over one week of racing the competitors crossed the continental divide 3 times with 12000meters of elevation gain.
Although life has been filled with extensive travel Chris has been able to find a wife. With a seven year old daughter and five year old son any spare time is quickly filled.
CHIEF STEWARDESS SIMONE SECKINGTON grew up in the southeast of England and also spent time living in both Spain and Italy, in between periods of studying. It was during this time that Simone became acquainted with the world of yachting and first became a stewardess. After obtaining a BA Honors Degree in Communications and Audio-Visual Production, from the London Guildhall University, Simone followed through with courses in Music Production and Sound Engineering. After living in London for five years Simone traveled to Florida with a friend and shortly after worked as a stewardess on a yacht in the Bahamas. With an interest in writing, Simone gains valuable inspiration through her travels and meeting new people. She is currently working on writing a couple of books in her spare time. Simone’s other interests include running, boxing, gymnastics, kick-boxing, cooking, music and tennis. She is also a huge animal lover and has a cute little cocker spaniel. Simone joined the Caprice in 2004.
STEWARDESS PAULA MARANGES grew up in Buenos Aries, Argentina. Her creative repertoire of studies includes fashion design, pattern making, sewing, drawing and hair styling. Paula’s main passion is fashion yet her studying has also been supported by working in the hospitality industry. Paula moved to Miami, FL in 2004 where she worked as a ceviche chef and a waitress at several restaurants as she continued her education in fashion. Paula worked as a fashion designer assistant at several fashion shows in South Beach and also showcased some designs during the Art Basel art show held in Miami’s design district. In 2004 Paula became acquainted with the yachting industry. She started stewardessing and cooking and later learned to work on the deck. Paula’s vibrant personality and positive attitude pair well in the yachting environment. She has freelanced on many different sized yachts and has continued with her fashion studies. Paula’s other interests include spending time with her son, dancing, music, photography, rollerblading, acting and laughing!
