145' Jack Hargrave-designed motor yacht
Sea kindly and strong, this luxurious 145-foot private ship accommodates 10-12 guests in five beautiful staterooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and private Jacuzzis.
All five staterooms have state-of-the-art entertainment centers including flat screen satellite TV, DVD/CD, and IPods friendly systems. Two of the staterooms -- the master and the VIP stateroom -- are especially large and have king-size beds. The other three staterooms are also finely appointed, with a queen and a twin; two of these staterooms also have a pullman berth.
Very well suited for private, family, and corporate charters, RENA underwent a major refit in 2010 and is in impeccable condition. She has a wide choice of sparkling new water toys for leisure-time fun (see list below), and WiFi compatibility for access to email and the Internet.
Fall/Winter 2016-RENA has just completed another major refit including Exterior Paint, New Carpets and Fabrics throughout the salon, plus other upgrades.
RENA offers an atmosphere of quiet elegance in the full-beam saloon, and open spacious dining room while her many outdoor spaces are wonderful for more relaxed entertaining. The large circular table on the broad covered aft deck comfortably seats 12 for meals, and this is also an especially pleasant place for cocktails. The upper deck, with its grill and bar, plus table and settees, is perfect for cookouts.
RENA is crewed by an outstanding and experienced crew of 8 who love to treat their guests to memorable theme nights, complete with costumes and delicious food.

Captain: Brad Baker
Brad is a citizen of Australia and is also a US permanent resident. Brad commenced his career in hospitality management where he worked in several of Australia’s top 5 star hotels. Throughout this time he also worked as a Dive Master and as a Mate within the heavy tackle marlin charter fleet of the Great Barrier Reef. Then after 3 years of managing his local Yacht Club and Marina, Brad branched out overseas in year 2000 and has been working full time in the super yacht industry since. Brad has since cruised the world extensively, including two Atlantic and two Pacific crossings, and remote locations such as Palau, Micronesia, and Hawaii on several yachts ranging from 22M to 70M, and completed charter seasons in New England, The Bahamas, Mediterranean and Caribbean waters. In addition, Brad has managed three yacht re-fits, and has gained expertise in many facets of the yachting industry. Brads hospitable nature and wide knowledge of the worlds best cruising grounds make him ideally suited to be not only your captain, but also your host and guide during your cruise. It will be his personal pleasure to welcome you on board M/Y Rena.
First Officer: Robert Fregeolle
Born and raised in northeast New England Rob has always had an appreciation of nature and the outdoors. After receiving his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology he sought out a life in the world of yachting, and joined RENA as a deckhand. After spending nearly three years learning the ropes, he has now earned his US Coast Guard 100Ton Master/500Ton Mates license and has taken the responsibilities as First Officer.
Engineer: Brian Eskew
Born in Ft Pierce Florida, Son of a diesel / Hydraulic mechanic. As a kid he grew up around the sea, fishing, surfing and boating. After moving to Tampa Florida, he soon joined a football team and was part of the team for 11 years. His team won the Florida state championship and was ranked 4th in the nation. In high school he was the automotive club president. He joined the US army as an infantryman and was part of an LRRPs/ Scout unit, involved in three tours pre and post 911. From there he studied at Maine Mechanics Institute where he graduated as a certified tech in all outboard / inboard and diesel qualifications. He later moved to the Caribbean islands and started his professional yachting career, which has lead him to join M/Y Rena as the Engineer.
Chef: Amelia Reames
Born and raised in the Hoosier state of Indiana, Amelia developed a passion for cooking at a young age. While in high school she attended a technical baking and pastry program for two years before choosing to attend Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After a four-year program she graduated with a bachelors in culinary nutrition. Since graduation she has had the opportunity to refine her skills by working in 4 diamond resorts, being a personal chef for the nutritionally challenged, and finally finding her passion for the water with her background in yachting.
Chief Stewardess: Jo Bell
Born in Australia. Joanne grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. While working within the Professional Photographic field she pursued many leisure activities. Amongst one of her favourites was racing sailboats. This was a passion that she partook in for over 20 years. Racing competitively within the Hauraki Gulf and outer Auckland harbour, her passion for the sea and enthusiasm for travel and adventure led her to a career within the luxury yacht industry. She has visited many ports all over South and North America, Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, Europe as well as backpacking through Asia, and the Pacific. Joanne has also had extensive experience on busy Charter Yachts; She looks forward to welcoming you on board for a pleasurable and exciting experience.
Stewardess: Nicole Youra
Nicole is an energetic Canadian whose heart has been longing for the sea as long as she can recall. She attributes this longing to frequent childhood trips to Canada’s West Coast. Despite being raised in Calgary Alberta, a city surrounded by mountains and prairies, she always knew that her career would take her seaward. Nicole has spent over a decade in guest service roles ranging from hotels and restaurants to fine art sales and marketing management. She holds a business degree in international business and marketing. Nicole thrives on creating unique and memorable experiences and is eager to share this passion with guests aboard the Motor Yacht Rena.
Stewardess: Maire Hopkins
Maire hails from Ireland and grew up in her family’s guesthouse in Dublin learning the intricacies of hospitality. She’s worked in a multitude of hospitality roles in locations including Australia, Spain, and Chanel Islands. Collectively her upbringing, passion for travel and work abroad has connected her to yachting. In her time off she enjoys swimming, reading, rollerblading, and exploring new destinations. Maire has worked as a stewardess on both motor and sail yachts over the past three years, and enthusiastically brings her experience to Motor Yacht Rena.
Deckhand: Michael Robinson
As a Florida native Michael is at home on the water. He spent his youth involved in water sports of all kinds and became an avid surfer. His love of the sea and all things nautical also fuel his creativity and he often spends free time drawing seascapes. Michael has worked in many restaurants both in the kitchen and serving which has given him hospitality insight. For Michael, the love for the sea combine with his hospitality experience naturally progressed him toward the yachting industry. He is thrilled to be a part of the Motor Yacht Rena crew and looks forward to gaining new skills as he progresses along his yachting career.

RENA can accommodate 12 guests in 5 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, a single bed, a pullman, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a queen size bed, a single bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. RENA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
