Captain Aysin.
Born in Turkey as the son of a fisherman. After school Aysin went
to the Marine. He left the Marine as captain and starts to work in the
charter business. Aysin married an english woman and they have now
a nice family with two daugther. Aysin speaks fluent english.
Crew ( Merth/ Fatih/Selcuk)
The Carpe Diem has a crew of 3 persons. They have been on the Carpe Diem for the
last three years and know the Carpe Diem well and know what clients expect on a
high class boat. Besides serving the guests they can sail the Carpe Diem well. The
Carpe Diem is always sailing well in the famous Bodrum regatta. (first or second place
in the regatta).
Chef ( )
The chef cooks on a high level. Learned to cook in first class hotels (like four seasons)
and he can make Mediterrean/Turkish and Italian food. Even Japanese food.
In the evening he discuss the menu for the next day. English is no problem for our chef.
All the food is made of fresh producs. NO CANNED FOOD IS USED.
