Bryan Meltcher: Mate

Bryan was born in Illinois and raised in California. He relocated to Florida for school in 2005 and fell in love with the ocean. He has spent most of his time in South Florida around boats. Bryan jumped into the industry because of all the traveling he has done on his friend’s boats and love the idea of working. Before yachting Bryan worked in some high end hotels so it has been a nice transition from one to another. Bryan does not see himself doing anything else and feels he has found his place.

Brianna Kerrigan: Stew

Terrence Aloysious Daley: Chef

Originally from Washington DC, Terrance started cooking at the age of 16. Started off as a dish washer then moved to prep cook, then line cook and then Jr. Sous chef at D.C celebrity chef Todd Grey's premier restaurant Equinox. Graduated high school and went to the Culinary Institute of America to further his knowledge and understanding of the culinary world. There he received his Bachelors in culinary arts management and hotel management. Terrance then graduated school and went to work for Daniel Boulud at his three Michelin star restaurant Daniel, as well as cafe Boulud and DB Bistro Modern. After five years living and working in Manhattan he decided to move to south FL to chase the sunshine and to be near the ocean. At this junction Terrance became the Chef De Cuisine for the four star, five diamond, fine dining restaurant at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. He eventually left after four years to become the Executive Sous Chef and helped open a small Gastro Pub called Park Tavern in Delray Beach FL. That was where Terrance was scooped up by private clients to become a personal chef and to practice freelance catering. Terrance has always had a passion for traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing new things so eventually getting onto a yacht became a no brainier. Terrance is an avid surfer, free diver, spear fisherman, and all around water man. So my love for the ocean and everything aquatic has drawn me to this profession.
