Captain Pascal is a licensed USCG Master with 25+ years of experience on the water. Born in Paris, France he spent years in the Caribbean Island of St. Barths before moving to Miami, FL.

His passion for being on the water and his experience of the Caribbean, Bahamas and East Coast guarantees that Charmers' guests enjoy their time on board. His attention to details and knowledge of yacht systems ensures our guests a safe and comfortable time on board Charmer.

He is assisted by Naomi, also a licensed captain, with years of experience on the water. Born in Miami, Biscayne Bay and the Keys have been her backyard and playground all her life. An avid snorkeler and sailor as well as a chef and bartender, Charmer's guests are guaranteed to have a great time aboard!
