Bob Mieloch

Captain Bob Mieloch is well known in the charter industry and has run previous charter yachts such as Kamian, Sea Hawk, Ban di Mara and Chairman of the Board. He has had an extremely successful charter history once doing 32 charters in one year. He is now more locally based in Ft. Lauderdale and enjoys doing charters in the South Florida and Bahamas area. He is very low key and easy to get along with and creates a feeling of relaxation on board Contessa. This friendly easy going attitude is displayed in his crew as well while providing the highest level of service imaginable.

Chef Fabio Rolandi

Captain Bob is joined by Chef Fabio and a stewardess completes the crew. Fabio is a world renowned chef and has spent many years in high end restaurants in Switzerland such as: the Survetta House in St. Moritz, Villa D’ Este Cernobbio Italy & Du Lac Hotel Lugano in Switzerland. His experience is very high end but he is flexible and can create a wide array of table settings and menu to go from country style BBQ and family style to high end. He enjoys creating special menus for guests on board Contessa and looks forward to surprising you with culinary delights!
