Bill Hawes (Captain)
Captain Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to his leadership position. His many years of sailing and motor yachting in the Captain’s role help him provide quiet guidance of a well-coordinated and professional crew. As the son of Navy personnel, Bill was provided a coast-to-coast upbringing from which he developed an inherent love of the water. His love of sailing began at age 10 in Southern Maryland. Bill has progressed through all levels in yachting, captaining an impressive fleet of top-notch vessels, both sail and power, including S/Y Atlanta, S/Y Mustang, S/Y September Morn, M/Y Sacajawea and M/Y Martha Ann. Bill holds a USA 1600 Ton Master License, supplemented by a British MCA and Cayman Islands compliance equivalency certificate.
He has covered extensive sea miles through the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South Pacific, Bahamas, New Zealand and the Galapagos Islands, the East and West coast of the US as well as trans-Atlantic and Pacific voyages. Bill is also an avid free diver and windsurfer.
Alan Arnold (1st Mate)
Alan was born in Belfast Northern Ireland and has been involved in boating from a young age, water skiing and wake boarding on the lakes and rivers of Ireland. Originally forging a career in business he spent 8 years working for the car manufacturer Audi in his spare time he bought and developed property both at home in Ireland and also abroad. Following in the footsteps of other members of his family he then decided to go to sea. He has forged a new career in the Luxury Yacht Industry clocking up sea miles throughout the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and has never looked back. Having worked on yachts ranging from 30 to 230 feet, he has established himself firmly with the skills and experience he has acquired over the years. He intends to complete further training in order to progress and eventually wishes to have his own command as a Captain. Alan’s hobbies include water sports, snowboarding, keeping fit and driving exotic cars.
Ben Aresty (Chef)
Ben, originally from New Jersey has traveled all across America including; Arizona, California, and Florida. He has been creating magic in kitchens around North America for the last four years and upon completing his education at the French Culinary Institute in New York, he made the smooth transition into the yachting industry. This shift has allowed him to incorporate his thirst for knowledge of new cuisines, different cultures and travel all into one exciting career. Apart from his passion for food, Ben enjoys woodworking, dirt biking and riding his motorcycle. He will bend over backwards for any guest, friend, or family, lighting up your day with his infectiously raucous laugh.
Tony Fantetti (Chief Engineer)
Tony was born in Ontario, Canada. He began his career as a marine engineer and worked in the commercial shipping industry traveling extensively around the globe for over seven years. He made the transition into the yachting industry ten years ago and has enjoyed the challenges and adventures that it has provided. A man of many talents, he is extremely qualified to tackle any technical issues that may arise on board. When he is away from work he enjoys deep water diving, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Tanya Stec (Chief Stewardess)
Tanya grew up on Vancouver Island, Canada. Surrounded by the sea, boating and water sports were always at the forefront of every weekend and family getaway. She has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for many years in different parts of the world, such as Central America, Australia and the famed ski resort of Whistler/Blackcomb in Canada. She developed a strong desire to travel at a young age and was thrilled to find the adventurous profession of yachting as a way to see more of the world. In her spare time she enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time with family and friends. She is always available to answer any questions or attend to any special requests that you may have!
Tina Fluerty (2nd Stewardess)
Tina was born in Hastings New Zealand but after moving to Australia at the age of 3, she considers herself a true blue Aussie. After a couple of years in the corporate world of magazine publishing she decided to do “a” ski season in Whistler BC and ended up staying 3 years. After Whistler she lived in other parts of Canada and the UK before heading to Ft Lauderdale to join the famous yachting industry. 5 seasons in, she has worked on large super yachts up to 90m and a 1929 classic steam yacht. She loves to knit, cook and dance is a demon on the soccer field.
Erin MacChesney (3rd stewardess)
Erin was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Shortly after graduating high school, Erin took a leap of faith and left the beautiful place she called home in search of new experiences and adventures. Uncertain as to what the yachting industry would have to offer, she hopped on a flight to St. Lucia where she was introduced to life at sea by her sister. Hooked on the idea of traveling and exploring the world by boat, Erin found herself amongst the amazing crew on Destination Fox Harb’r Too where she continues to learn new things and enjoy snow free winters. Her hobbies include reading, long boarding and dancing. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
Kendall Keeley (Deckhand)
Kendall was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada. He originally graduated college with a Professional Golf Management diploma and worked in the golf industry at a 4 Diamond rated resort. Growing up in the province named the Ocean’s Playground he has always had a passion for the ocean and spent his free time away from the course out on the water. Over the past year Kendall decided to take his passion for the water and bring his customer service experience onboard Destination Fox Harb’r Too. His hobbies include golf, hockey, fishing and camping. He looks forward to serving all guests and welcomes you onboard with a friendly smile.
Ryan Simpson (Bosun)
Ryan was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. At school he played rugby in the winter and was an oarsman in the summer.
He studied hospitality management and worked in product sales in SA and later as a consultant in the UK before swapping his suit and tie for flip flops and sunglasses. He has never looked back!
He enjoys all water sports and finds any excuse to get into the water. If you are struggling with a riddle or need a partner for any board game, Ryan is your man!
Daniel Lightley (Deckhand/2nd Engineer)
Dan was born and raised in Knysna, South Africa. Having a family member introduce him to the yachting industry he discovered a career where he could use his engineering and IT skills. After completing his AEC professional maritime certificate he started his adventure on the high seas in Florida and spent time working in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Galapagos Islands. He has a great passion for the water and loves all water sports. His problem-solving skills are a great asset to our team and he is always smiling, willing to tackle any job, big or small.

ON DECK, FORWARD, FULL BEAM OWNER?s STATEROOM: As you enter the Owner?s area, there is a private office to starboard with a queen size sleeper sofa, with private en-suite head and shower. The private office is accessible from the foyer or from the Owner?s Stateroom.
HIS EN-SUITE featuring a shower, head and sink is situated to starboard, with HER EN-SUITE featuring a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, head, sink, and shower situated directly forward.
Proceeding forward, there is a grand entrance to the Master Stateroom with settee to port and a vanity to starboard. Two stairs up to port access the walk-around king bed facing forward with panoramic views.
The entertainment system consists of a 42? flat screen TV with DVD, individual satellite receiver, and surround sound.
