- Roasted sauage & aubergine cous cous salad with honey & mustard.


- Open chicken Caesar sandwich, with homemade Caesar dressing.


- Goats cheese salad with roasted figs & balsamic dressing.


- Sesame chicken goujons, on a bed of salad leaves tossed in a bacon & walnut dressing.


- Roasted red peppers with cherry tomatoes, feta & basil.

Starter


- Shrimp & vegetable tempure with homemade dipping sauce


- Pan fried brie parcels, brie in parma ham, pan fried, served with fig & pine nut chutney.


- Chicken Satay, chicken skewers baked in a soyand peanut sauce


- Salmon & Tuna fishcakes rolled in sesame seeds and served with homemade sweet chilli sauce.


- Bresola and rocket salad in parmesan baskets with horseradish dressing.


 


Main Course


- Salmon with a mustard and parmesan crust, poached in white wine served on wilted spinach.


- Stuffed Chicken Breast Parcels - mushroom & leeks, wrapped in pancetta served with cheese & mushroom sauce.


- Homemade lobster ravioli with lemon & chilli butter sauce


- Rib of beef, served with blue cheese butter and roasted sweet potato wedges


- Mustard crusted lamb with lemon & spring onion sauce & green beans

With a wine supplier based in Saint-Emillion, we have created a fabulous wine list from the area where the boat was built, BORDEAUX, France.  On request, for your first evening we can take you through the wines in our cellar, accompanying each tasting with the perfect menu to match. If you are a wine buff yourself then before you arrive we can send you an extensive list of what our supplier has on offer any of which can be shipped to us for you to enjoy while on Disco Inferno 3.
