Firstly, many thanks to Magali for putting this all together for us. Lizzie & Matt, so many thanks - a fantastic trip, wonderful meals, great wines & champers! We so enjoyed our 10 days with you both on this super yacht, Disco Inferno. Till next time, stay well, stay happy, Bon Voyage.

Thank you so much for your lovely hospitality, we had such a memorable time with our very lovely friends. With fantastic food, beautiful wine & great mooring spots, it will be a holiday we will never forget.

Thank you so much for the wonderful sailing holidays. Thanks to your kindness, efficiency, good humour in all situations! We had a great time! Our children were not enthusiastic when we told them that we would go on a sailing holiday, but now they would love to stay here forever. So we hope to be back one day! And... we all four agree that the cooking was outstanding!

A huge thank you Lizzie & Matt - the boat is amazing but as always the people make the place! and you are both excellent hosts managing to keep everyone happy, boys with their 'toys' and beautiful scenery & beaches for the girls. Lizzie, I shall return home wth many cooking tips and ideas - let me know if you ever go into the catering business! You thought of everything! A perfect family holiday!

Thank you Matt & Lizzie for an amazing holiday! The food was amazing and I seriously enjoyed all the windsurfing, waterskiing, wakebording, ringoing & 'gecko'ing. Thanks so much Matt for all the rigging up, skills in the tender and the magic moment in windsurfing! The sights and beaches were amazing, there's been too many fun things to recall! Thanks so much for what was a pretty much perfect holiday. Waterskiing, swimming, donutting, windsurfing, even sailing the boat in the day and then the exquisite food in the evening. You two made a good holiday a great one, nice boat by the way!

From the minute we stepped onboard till the end, everything was so perfect. You are such wonderful hosts, giving attention to every detail, nothing was left out to make our stay memorable. Of course Disco Inferno is an amazing boat, so comfortable and yet fun to sail, but it wouldn't be what it is without you. Lizzie, your cooking is amazing, so fresh, diverse, creative and tasty. Everyday was a feast for our eyes and mouth! We always felt very secure and all the locations were stunning. Thank You!

What a relaxing, wonderful week! Thank you, Matt and Lizzie, for taking such amazing care of us and showing us such a beautiful part of the world. Gorgeous white beaches, endless cappucini, a visit to the "place where it all happened" for Lisa and Casper - who could ask for more. The world was our oyster, a million thanks to you!

As written previously, we did return a year later and yet again we spent an amazing week with you in Sardinia and a short hop to Bonafacio. This time we managed to sail more which was really good fun, especially the fight with the mainsail everyday. Again a week with great memories to come ranging from stunning bays, sunsets and sunrises as well as other fun experiences such as yachts crashing into docks. I speak for all of us in that it was a remarkable week with yet again amazing cooking (which will be sorely missed), awesome sailing on a great, great boat and overall a truly great and unforgettable experience which we hopefully can repeat again in the future.

We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful vacation. The Disco Inferno is beautiful. Lizzy your meals were so delicious. We really appreciated the diversity of your meals and the preparation involved. You are the consummate hostess! Matt, your expertise as a sailor truly amazed us. Your attention to detail and the care of your vessel, plus your care & concern for the safety of your passengers is inspiring! We sincerely Thank you for making us feel so comfortable the entire trip. We would love another adventure with you in the near future!

Calvi to Bonafacio: lots of wind & waves but what a treat it was on Disco Inferno! So comfy, sunny and sporty... many thanks to Liz & Matt for their kindness and attention to all the family. We had a great sailing week in Corsica. Thank you also to Matt for taking us on the banana and Liz for all her wonderful meals. A feast for the senses! That about sums up the glorious week spent aboard the Disco Inferno during this hot summer of 2010! Great old friends, wonderful new friends and beautiful islands locked us together as we sailed the coast of Sardinia. Matt you are a No.1 skipper and Lizzie your attention to details is what I loved most. Nothing was ever out of place and as I leave, I look back always with a fondness to this a most spectacular week in my and all those onboards lives. Thank you so very much.

Disco Inferno is like an eraser.... rubbing away thoughts of work & mistakes from the paper of our lives. Disco Inferno is like a song.... singing melodies we have never heard. Disco Inferno is like a ruler.... measuring how deep, wide & high it will go to build the perfect day. Disco Inferno is like a taco.... filling it's hard outer shell with ingredients like fun, thoughtfulness, memories, chocolate, the good life & homemade tapenade. Disco Inferno is like a donkey.... actually... it's nothing like a donkey. Disco Inferno is like a dream.... the kind of dream one hopes to have over & over again.

We had such a brilliant time, thank you. So much of everything. It really was a holiday of 1st's. The girls have had a fab sailing experience, all thanks to you both. Think this is the start of "Lily the sailor girl!"

Expectations blown away - what a delight. How you both deliver such courteous service in such a small space is amazing. We all had a great time, made better by your kind and constant attention. Great boat - great food - just fantastic.

Thank you for making us feel so relaxed. A wonderful stress free environment. Very comfortable (in the master cabin!) The dinners, lunches and breakfasts were perfect. We also enjoyed your company. All in all a brilliant trip.

Truly a memorable holiday and full of superlatives - from the most dramatic coatline to the most delicious chocolate and orange pancakes! From the moment we stepped aboard you made us so welcome and we are very grateful to you. Thank you for finding us the beautiful anchorages and organising the full moon! And we won't forget the 'salt water shower' you managed to arrange for my mother on her tender transfer in a hurry! We hope you have time to enjoy a little of Kotor...
