Crew Profile

Representing four nationalities, the Dona Lola crew possess a broad range of skills and experience with an array of friendly personalities.  We are here to ensure that you have the vacation of a lifetime; the comfort and enjoyment of onboard guests is our priority.
The interior of the vessel is cared for by Tiffany and Nicola.  They are available to ensure that your every need is fulfilled with a smile.  Please do not hesitate to ask the girls for anything that you may need during your trip.
Matt and Zsolte take care of the exterior of the vessel.  Besides keeping Dona Lola gleaming and assisting with the navigation, they will happily help you explore and get you started on any water sports activities that you may enjoy.
Our Chef, Normand, will tantalize your taste buds with his mouth-watering creations.  Pascal specializes in French culinary cooking, but has a vast experience of many cuisines.  Please do not hesitate to visit Normand in the galley to let him know of any special dietary requirements, requests, or even just for a chat.
The engineering is expertly handled by Elliot; make sure you request a tour of the engine room during your trip.
Your Captain Scott oversees the entire operation to ensure smooth sailing.  If you have any special requests or destinations you would like to visit during your voyage, please feel free to ask them at anytime.

CAPTAIN SCOTT MILLER
Scott was born in New Zealand and since then has been traveling the world.  He has been on the ocean since he was a young boy cruising and and fishing the New Zealand and Australian coasts.  He raced yachts in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and the USA.  Scott has now been working on motor yachts for 20 years and has a great charter following with an in depth knowledge of the Bahamas, Caribbean and Cuba.  He spent many of his earlier years originally in the Mediterranean cruising from Sicily through Sprain with crossings to the Caribbean.  He loves all aspects of the ocean from recreational diving, fishing, surfing to relaxing with the family on sun drenched beaches.

ENGINEER ELLIOT GREER
Born in England and raised in New Zealand, Elliot took an interest in all things mechanical from a young age.  Elliot was introduced to Marine Engineering in 2008, his skills working as a car mechanic were put to good use assisting engineers on refits and rebuilds in a shipyard in Palma del Mallorca.  Elliot then got a position as 3rd engineer onboard a yacht in Ushuaua, Argentina, the vessel had completed a voyage to Antartica, over the next 3 years while onboard the yacht circumnavigated the globe.  Elliot recently completed studies in the UK and New Zealand towards his engineering qualifications.  
CHIEF MATE MATT CONSTANTINOU
Born in Manchester, UK, November 23rd.
Matthias was raised in Manchester, where he decided to seek adventure through travelling at an early age.  He spent most of his time in Austrailia and Asia where he gained his love for water sports and the ocean.  He became a Dive Instructor in Koh Tao, Thailand, and, after many years of instructing, he decided to pursue a creer within the Super Yachting Industry.  After working for 2 years in the Mediterranean on private yachts, where he was in charge of organizaing water sport activities and maintenance, he joined Dona Lola in January 2014.  He is a keen surfer, snowboarder, and scuba diver, and hopes that you enjoy your stay and looks forward to exploring the ocean with you.
CHIEF STEWARDESS TIFFANY GUSH
TIffany was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, she grew up in a family surrounded by wildlife, boats and adventure throughout her childhood in Africa, it was a natural progression for Tiffany to follow her adventurous spirit.  After completing a three year Diploma in Hotel Management in Capte Town, she was lucky enough to travel extensively on Yachts in some of the most beautiful places in the Mediterrabeabm Caribbean, USA and the Pacific.  Tiffany would love to share her  seasoned knowledge with you ensuring your stay onboard MY Dona Lola is second to none.  
STEWARDESS NICOLA GILL
Nicola grew up on and around boats in the city of sails, Auckland, New Zealand.  Whilst studying at University she worked in childcare and customer service.  Additionally, with a love for people and travel, she spent a combined 7 months volunteering in Ghana and Vietnam.  After leaving University at the end of 2014, Nicola was ready to take on a new challenge and excited to turn her love for travel and the ocean into a career.  Nicola is thrilled to be a part of the MY Dona Lola crew and always happy to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.  
DECKHAND ZSOLTE LAZANYI
Born in Budapest, Hungary, January 7th.
Zsolte was raised in Hungary where there is no sea.  After finishing school, he was eager to travel and ended up working in a casino on-board a cruise ship.  He completed 5 contracts with Princess Cruise Line while visiting exciting Caribbean Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and beautiful cities around the Mediterranean.  In 2007, he moved to the Dominican Republic where he became a Dive Technician and then as a dive boat captain while completing more than 2,000 dives.  Now he is putting his skills to good use in the yachting industry.  Zsolte joined Dona Lola in late 2014.
CHEF NORMAND BOUCHARD 
Born in Canada, March 12.
Since obtaining his culinary degree, Normand has worked in the finest restaurants, hotels, private estate's and luxury yachts worldwide.  His experience as a private chef has made him very flexible about creating a versatile menu for all International people.  His utmost concern is always making his food delicious, light and healthy.  During his many years of travel, Normand has acquired a vast knowledge of various types of world's cuisine.
