“We had a wonderful cruise on Dorado from 28th Dec thru today 04.01.09 & we are sorry to have to leave the boat!We enjoyed being taken care of by Capt Matthew, who seemed to know when & where to go or stay for the maximum benefit of the whole group. Everyone, (2) 18 yr olds, an 11 yr old & the 2 parents, had a great time. The varied weather actually added interest to the trip. George was an excellent chef & made delicious meals beautifully presented. He also was a gracious personality & added to the congenial atmosphere. A high point was our superb position in the harbour at Bequia for the New Year's display. Thank you!”

“George, Matthew! This has been even better a week than we imagined. Sea, turtles, plunging pelicans, swinging on anchor in fast moving rain showers, Piton Beer, anchoring now and then on uncooperative bottoms wholly resolved by you – and the meals were invariably superb. Thanks, thanks,”

"This has, quite simply, been the BEST SAILING we have EVER HAD! DORADO was fantastic, blasting through all kind of weather with real grace and speed, courtesy of Matthew's excellent skippering. Everyone helmed in over 40 knots and reached 10 kts +. Memories that will be richly treasured!
Getting across to Petit Tabac, with the colours of the Cays was fantastic, as was the sight of the breaching whale. However, the sight of Matthew & Alex's excitement at catching the Marlin was also great. Alex's cooking was innovative, exciting, and simply superb. Thank you for everything."

This has been the holiday of a lifetime for the four of us. Glorious sailing in a superb yacht - everyday was a joy. We each thought up a single word about our trip: they were COLOURS (of the sea and the individual islands); WIND (the fantastic trade winds that gave us day after day of exhilarating sailing); PEOPLE (all the friendly, smiling characters we met along the way - not least Matthew and Alex); and FOOD (well, what can I say? - Alex's menus were full of creativity, delicious flavours and we'll always remember our meals on board). Thank you for showing us so many magical places, and let's not forget Alex's hand-made special fly - The Dancer - which produced a barracuda and two skipjack tuna amid much excitement on board.

We expected to enjoy ourselves, but enjoyed ourselves far more than expected! Matthew was very patient with the dinghy experiences and Alex's food was exceptional. Thank you.

Dorado was a great success. She is a lovely boat to sail (the primary objective of a yacht!) and very
comfortable to live on. Mathew Watters is a great skipper. He is a really nice chap and joined in with us very well. He is very competent and works in a very calm quiet manner. He left us to sail the boat without any interference or signs of anxiety on his part. his knowledge of the Grenadines really helped us to enjoy our trip far more than if we just had to rely on the
sailing guides.

We had great time and look forward chartering again. Matt was an excellent skipper and we were very well looked after. Good winds and fair weather was a great combination. DORADO performed brilliantly... Matt and Alex could not put a foot wrong all week. Great anchorages, good local bar knowledge, and fantastic food! Can't understand why we are going back to the UK.
