How did you enjoy your cruising vacation?
We loved it! Speaking for the group of four, words cannot express our sailing experience. We had high expectations, and we were not disappointed in any way or during any second of our adventure.
How would you describe your Captain and crew? Were they Courteous? Helpful? Friendly? Attentive? Knowledgeable?
Lovely! Not only were Sonny and Anja hospitable, caring, and truly determined to ensure that we had a grand experience, but they interacted with us well; and we all bonded immediately. Sonny always had a list of adventures for us to choose from and things for us to do (e.g., places to snorkel); he accompanied us, with a watchful/protective eye, on all of our excursions; and he took awesome pictures to memorialize our experience. Courteous, helpful, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable does not even begin to describe Sonny and Anja’s attributes. Yes to all of that and more as they have an innate genuineness to their character. They are in the right line of business. I should also add that they ensured we were well feed and had a cocktail in our hands at all times.
Tell me about your meals? Did the menus meet your expectations? Did your crew pay close attention to your Preference Sheets?
Well, we took pictures of all the meals – what does that say? Anja made time during the day to discuss her ideas for the next menu/meal and to get our input on her suggestions. Of course all of her suggestions were so grand, that we were hard pressed to improve upon them. Her meals and snacks were well presented and tasty too. We could not believe that she was able to make gourmet meals in a small galley – impressive.
How is the yacht? Is she clean and well-maintained? Were your cabins comfortable? Was the cockpit comfortable? Was there enough shade?
The yacht was spacious and well maintained. There was enough room in the aft for all of us to lounge out comfortably. We all were very happy with our cabins and loved the private bathrooms – a big plus. As I am no longer a sun worshiper, I had plenty of shade and was very happy for it. The others were able to dry out their skin further on various other parts of the deck. The cockpit was very spacious – all 6 of us gathered there the most.
What did you like most about the yacht? What did you like the least?
Most – the size of the yacht; the location in BVI – ability to island hop.
Least – having to leave it at the end of our trip.
How did you find the pace and the itinerary of your vacation?
Perfect – it was truly a sailing trip. We had an opportunity to relax and enjoy the vessel; and at the same time, we got in a lot of “must do’s” like Willy T’s, Soggy Dollar, and Foxy’s Taboo
Would you charter this yacht again? If not, please explain:
Yes – if I could afford a longer trip and be assured to sail with Sonny and Anja again.
What can we do to improve our services?
Nothing I can think of. I was so impressed with your enthusiasm, and desire to make my wish for a last-minute weekend sailing trip come true. I cannot thank you enough. My party and I are so grateful for this opportunity and we loved ever second of it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
