Sleeps 8 In 4 Cabins
ELLEN V can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins.
The Full Beam Master with King bed and separate sitting room, ensuite head with tub and shower. Queen bedded guest suite with ensuite head plus twin bedded guest suite. All are aft. Forward of the dining salon is a 4th cabin with upper and lower berths with ensuite head and shower. Ideal for teen-agers.
ELLEN V is fully air conditioned through out.
Crew has a separate heads and shower.

CAPTAIN – Theofrastos Kakampouras
Greek, Age 43
Theofrastos Kakampouras (Captain Theo) is a graduate from the Merchant Marine Academy and has more than 20 years of experience on various yachts. For the past 10 years he has been cruising the Spanish, French and Italian coast, Turkey, Greece, the Adriatic Sea & Caribbean Sea. His career began in 1990 onboard small sailing yachts chartering in the Greek islands. In 1996 Captain Theo took command of the 146’ Feadship M/Y Kwikumat cruising in the Mediterranean Sea during summer and Caribbean Sea during winter. He also sailed aboard S/Y Panorama 178’, M/Y O’Rea 140’, M/Y Alexandra, a Benetti 156’ and most recently S/Y Sir Winston Churchill (Camper Nicholson 130’) performing successful charters all over the Mediterranean Sea.
Captain Theo is now in command of Ellen V. He speaks fluent English, Greek and basic Italian. He is 43 years old, married and he has a daughter and a son.
CHIEF ENGINEER - Antonis Pirretti
Greek, Age 30
Antonis is a Merchant Marine Academy graduate and holds a B’ Class Engineering degree with a specialization in marine diesel engines. After 3 years aboard tanker ships and a year of military service in the navy, 3 years aboard high speed passenger ships his life long love of the sea has brought him aboard Ellen V. He is keeping himself busy with the good maintenance and operation of the yacht.
Antonis has a black belt in martial arts and he loves motorcycles. He is 30 years old and he speaks fluent English and Italian language.
BOSUN - Christos Tournis
Greek, Age 45
Christos has more than 20 years experience in the marine industry. He has worked on various private & charter yachts. Christos enjoys all water sports and holds a speed boat license as well as safety and fire fighting certificates.
Christos speaks English and he is 45 years old.
SAILOR - Papoulis Panagiotis
Greek, Age 40
For Panagiotis, traveling has always been a big part of his life and to combine that with work is a perfect combination for him aboard Ellen V. He hopes one day to work his way up to Captain. He is a very nice person with a great sense of humor. Panagiotis is 40 years old, married and he has three children. He loves to spend time with his family and cooking. He speaks Greek and English.
Chief Stewardess – Natasha Spounia Thanopoulou
Greek, Age 23
Since 2005 Natasha has been working on charter yachts as stewardess aboard yachts such as M/Y Siriusand S/Y Aristarchos (Swan 131). Natasha graduated from the Hotel Management Academy and understands the high level of service requirements aboard a charter yacht. She is a young lady full of energy and loves travelling. She loves her work and is always striving to improve and learn. Her hobbies are water sports and swimming .She is married and she has a baby daughter.
Chef - Giannis Zografos
Greek, Age 30
Chef Giannis graduated from the “Le Monde”academy with studies in culinary skills in 2000. Since then he has worked in restaurants and hotels. In 2008, Chef Giannis joined the M/Y Meli and he was awarded 2nd place in the International Yacht Symposium of Poros in the Chef’s Competition. The next year he joined the M/Y Pouaro with great success. Chef Giannis holds a certificate for “Multicultural Ethnic Kitchen” (Italian, Greek, Oriental, French etc.) and he has attended seminars on molecular gastronomy. He loves to work on yachts and is interested to learn about sailing. Giannis is 30 years of age, a happy person & easy to get along with. He speaks Greek and English.
