Esmeralada of London is a Monte Carlo Yachts 70'.
Winner of the Best Design Trophy at the Cannes Boat Show 2012, Esmeralda is a completely new model of motor boat : fast and safe, comfortable and elegant, simple and authentic.
This fast boat has benefitted from the latest technological innovations, and has the best technical equipment (Bose sound, DVD Blue Ray etc..). The stylish decor and attention to the smallest details, provide an excellent on board ambience, and the amenities are perfect for 6 (8 passengers if family).
Wintering in Monfalcone near Venice, she sails from April to October, in the Adriatic Sea, southern Italy and along the French coast.

Captain's Name: Nunzio Romeo |
Born in Messina (Italy) in 1954, Nunzio first worked as a police officer for almost 5 years, and sailed for his pleasure during his holidays. Fascinated by the sea but also drawn to the technical and mechanical aspects, Romeo seized an opportunity to change his life and trained to get his captain's licence; he then embarked on MY Ferretti Lady Trudyin 2006. He spent the following 6 years sailing across the Mediterranean as captain on Lady Trudy II (Custom Line 34m) and Lady Trudy III (CRN 43m), for an American owner. Enrica and Nunzio thus have great experience in hosting a demanding international clientele.
In 2012, he met Esmeralda’s owner and then began a new adventure! An excellent mechanic and technician, reliable and level-headed, Nunzio knows the Mediterranean thoroughly and will be of great advise for you to enjoy the best routes and places. He knows how to be discreet while being fully attentive to the passengers’ wishes and needs.
Enrica - 39 years old, Italian. Cook
Enrica was born in Italy (Sabaudia - Latina). Until the age of 28, she worked in restaurants as a cook assistant. Attracted to the sea, she decided to go and work on a boat, and had a few years’ experience on mega yachts as a hostess and a cook assistant.
In 2003 she met Nunzio for the first time and has worked with him as a cook ever since, first on a 25 m motor yacht for 3 years. She also learned working on deck and is now a good sailor.
In 2006 she embarked as a cook on Lady Trudy I (Ferretti 27.50m), in 2008 on 34m Custom Line Lady Trudy 2 and in 2011 on 43m CRN Lady Trudy 3 as a cook and chief hostess.
During that period she also attended two of the famous Italian "Boscolo Etoile" courses for professional chefs in Chioggia (Venice).
Loving both sailing and life on board, she is a nice, efficient and friendly person who knows her job well. Working hard is not a problem, as long as it’s on a boat: she refused many job offers onshore, and is now waiting to start this new adventure on Esmeralda of London.
