Breakfast:


 



  • Apple and cinnamon pancakes served with warm maple syrup

  • Spinach and Ham frittata

  • Classic Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce

  • Creamy scrambled eggs and dill served on a toasted bagel

  • Garlic and Herb tomatoes on toast

  • Blueberry stuffed French toast served with crème fraiche


Served daily with fresh fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea and a selection of cereal

 


Luncheon:


 



  • Honey and mustard chicken breast on a bed of herb salad

  • Pan seared Tuna, Bacon and Avocado salad drizzled with freshly squeezed lemon dressing

  • Goats Cheese Tartlets with basil and tomato on the side of a crunchy carrot and courgette salad

  • Turkey club on a freshly baked baguette with home made mustard mayonnaise

  • Beef strips with a crunchy thai salad and soy steamed rice

  • Carbonara Crêpes  


 


Served daily with freshly baked bread


Hor D’oeuvres 


 



  • Portobella mushroom melts served with warm ciabatta

  • Smoked Salmon rotollos 

  • Chicken satay skewers with spicy peanut sauce

  • Potato skins with smoked salmon and horseradish cream

Entrées:


 



  • Succulent Beef Tenderloin with baked beef tomatoes, spicy potato wedges with sautéed mushroom, onion and garlic and peppercorn sauce.

  • Herb crusted Mahi Mahi on a bed of asparagus and broccoli lemon butter risotto

  • Fragrant Thai Beef stir fry with coconut rice.

  • Pan seared Chicken with garlic sauce served with herb butter new potatoes and mangetout.

  • Barbecued Racks of Lamb with a Salmoriglio sauce served with dauphinoise potatoes and steamed green beans.

  • King Prawns cooked in lime juice, rum and garlic served with crunchy vegetables and egg noodles.

  • Salmon Parcels with coriander, ginger and coconut served with steamed basmati rice, yogurt and lemon wedges.
