Thomas Perry, the Captain and Marion Balland the First Mate and  Chef onboard FOUR DEVIL S have been sailing together for 4 years, traveling the world on yachts since they met.

Thomas is 44 years old and from Newport Rhode Island. He is a USCG and MCA Licensed Master of Oceans 1600 and 3000 tons respectively.

Thomas’ experience ranges from yacht racing to cruising, he is an accomplished weather router and ocean navigator participating in some of the most prestigious yachting  events.

With 25 years experience on yachts ( previously  Captain on “Shamrock V” for 6 years) with in depth knowledge of the East and Western Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Pacific Islands, and U.S. East Coast  Thomas  is able to give the guests of FOUR DEVILS unforgettable experiences in  the worlds most picturesque locations. 

Active in sailing, wind surfing, wakeboarding, snorkeling, diving and surfing, Thomas can accommodate guests with activities or cruising and relaxing. 

Marion is Licensed in Medical first Aid AFPS,

French  Maritime  Training Nautical Certificate French(MEOL), Marine Engine Operators License.

Diploma in hotel & restaurant management and service.

Marion, an active sailor and accomplished chef gained her experience in fine resorts and restaurants in London and  St Barths. She has broad experience on yachts working as deckhand on a 51 meter classic schooner to stewardess and hostess on large motor yachts to chef on modern and classic sailing yachts.  Marion’s culinary ability comes naturally as well from working alongside world class chefs and life experience.  Marion is able to please even the most discerning palates.

She speaks French, Englsih and Italian.
