The Crew
Brendan and Lois create a warm and relaxed atmosphere on board. They have energy and enthusiasm, which they channel into making your time on board extra special.
Brendan has been on the sea since he was a child and has been working as a deep-water skipper for the last six years, accruing over 100,000 sea miles. He is a competitive yacht racer and in 2010, skippered the winning yacht in a round the world yacht race. He is a very calm and relaxed person with some great stories from his extensive sailing travels. Brendan enjoys getting guests of all ages aboard involved in sailing and water sports. Brendan is a qualified RYA Yacht master instructor and happy to teach you as much or as little as you like during your time on “Foxy Lady”.
Lois’s passion for sailing began when she spent two years living in New Zealand. A year later she did her first ocean crossings. Lois’s passion for food also was inspired by life in the southern hemisphere. She loves bringing plentiful plates to the table for you to enjoy. Her creative upbringing ensures that her meals are beautifully presented, fresh and colourful. For her, the menus pivot on the surroundings and the occasion. The quality of her ingredients is the absolute heart of everything she does. Whether cruising around the Mediterranean or the Caribbean Lois’ passion is to seek out the freshest ingredients and produce delightful dishes.
Brendan and Lois are a unique team with their love of the sea they will provide an unforgettable experience for you. Whilst cruising around the Caribbean, Lois loves to find fresh and healthy Caribbean ingredients which she uses to create delightful dishes during your stay on board “Foxy Lady”. With extensive local knowledge they can tailor make your perfect holiday onboard “Foxy Lady”.
