FREYA is an elegant wooden gullet with excellent charter record, suitable for eight sun seeking guests in 24-hour air-conditioned 2 master and 2 double cabins. She measures 22,60 m, was built at Orion Shipyards (Turkey) in 2008 and offers very comfortable indoor and outdoor dining areas. The yacht provides a large sun tanning area & lounge on the front deck, outdoor TV on the aft deck and a crew of three including captain, chef and deckhand.

CAPTAIN/ Mehmet Ozcelik
Captain Mehmet is from the beautiful coastal town of Marmaris and has been at sea since childhood. He started working on traditional wooden yachts at a young age and acquired valuable experience in Eastern-Mediterranean waters. In addition to being a sailing enthusiast and a long time outdoorsman, he enjoys every kind of fishing in any kind of place. As the captain of FREYA, he will ensure all guests onboard feel safe and cared for.
CHEF/ Akan Aydin
Akan brings over 10 years of gourmet culinary food skills to the table – the foundation of his cookeries are etched in classic Mediterranean cuisine. Through his career, he has fostered a strong respect for the natural beauty in flavours of the ingredients that are seasonally, locally available. Akan is an indispensable part of the crew since 2009.
DECKHAND/ Sadun Memeoglu
Growing up in the warm coastal town of Gocek, Sadun has spent a large portion of his time at sea and decided to join FREYA in 2010. His welcoming and responsive personality makes him a pleasure to travel around. He is a warm, handsome and outgoing person that makes everyone onboard feel home and welcome.
