*****  January 4, 2015 - New Years week

No one word can define this amazing trip you provided for our family. The stories, the food, the sights, the excursions exceeded our expectations. The lobster hunt was incredible & eating & learning to sail was phenomenal! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for creating this home on the water. It is a trip that will be remembered forever! We greatly appreciate the many memorable experiences we had aboard The Grand Oasis and her Captain Jeff & Susan. The kids had the time of their lives. Jeff's stories, jokes, & history lessons made for great interesting entertainment - no wifi needed! :-). We look forward to reconnecting in the future.

 Good luck to you both,

The Lamars

The holiday you provided for us will forever be a cherished memory. We could not help but appreciate the incredible effort you both made to provide us this experience. We have already been sharing our memories with friends and I spoke with my wife regarding how soon we should do this with our kids. At the end of that week you two felt like family. I look forward to keeping up in the future.

Very best,
John

In word FABULOUS!! Boat wonderful, crew delightful, weather perfect, food great, lots to do. We'd do it again in a second. I've attached some pix. If they don't attach, I'll send each separately. See you next year!

We came back to 8 inches of snow in central park....could you believe!

March 27-April 03/13

Please see below from Orris – I have not heard from Colleen yet, but sounds like they really enjoyed going “crewed” for a change!  We also ran into Jackie the other day (beautiful blonde who spent first 3 days onboard) who said it was fantastic as well.

Thanks for a great job, I’ll let you know if I hear more.

We had a great time and I think all aboard were very happy with the trip.
We stayed the first night at White Bay on Jost and since the weather was not so good that night we moved around and stayed in Great Harbor.

All meals were aboard and the cooking and menus were awesome. Captain Jeff had some great sea stories and the Mate Linda was very sweet and charming.  The idea of not worrying about anchoring and where to overnight worked out well. Big thumbs up for the trip.

Best regards,

Orris

Guests aboard Grand Oasis in March, 2012

Hi Jeff and Leanna,

Thanks so much for so many wonderful adventures that are now such fond memories. You and Leanna really went out of your way to ensure the comfort of everyone. Everyday was filled with fun and adventure and, if we didn't tell you enough, the meals were FABULOUS!! I haven't weighed myself yet. I may wait a week of eating "normally" ; )

I accepted Leanna's invitation for Facebook. Please let her know that I am little more than a techno-idiot. I rely on Katie's help to navigate Facebook and really don't go on that often. I prefer email to communicate on a regular basis.

Thank you again for providing experiences of a lifetime. It's all sort of everyday stuff for you, however, it's evident that you recognize it's all new and very cool for us!

Have fun when your family comes to visit.

I'm sure we'll meet up again!

Paula and Bill
