When it's time for sun and fun, when it's time for sailing and playing in the azure blue waters and balmy breezes of the Caribbean, when it's time to be pampered in luxury by your own private crew, it's Happy Time!
New to the BVI charter scene for the 2011-2012 season, Happy Time, a 2010 Vision 450 catamaran, built in Cape Town, South Africa by Matrix Yachts, is an innovative, thoroughly modern, performance design and has been finished to mega yacht standards in keeping with Matrix Yachts? reputation established by her larger cousin, the highly successful Silhouette 760. The genius and passion of her designer and builder is apparent in all facets of the yacht down to the smallest detail.
Her accommodations are luxurious and the volume of the staterooms is similar to those found on much larger yachts. The immediate impression upon boarding Happy Time is one of spaciousness and generous headroom (6'8" in the salon and 6'5" in the staterooms).
She has three staterooms for guests, two with queen sized beds and one with a king sized bed, and a fourth stateroom for her full time crew. Each stateroom has a large bathroom equipped with separate shower stalls and full sized fresh water flush electric toilets.
The yacht is fully air conditioned and has a high output reverse osmosis water maker powered by a whisper quiet generator.
Her spacious salon has the look of a high end apartment and are filled with natural light from the large forward and side facing windows which provide a panoramic view. A large flat screen TV with a DVD player faces the large settee and dining table. The galley is elegant and ergonomic and is equipped with high end appliances, including an ice maker. With the sliding salon door and the aft facing galley window open, the interior blends naturally with the outside.
The aft deck is shaded by a hard top bimini and is centered around a large dining table with seating for eight and features a built in refrigerator. Her two "sugar scoop" swim platforms make boarding a snap.
The huge forward deck is perfect for lounging at anchor and is a fun place to hang out when underway.

HAPPY TIME Testimonials
Did you have any problems with your flights, or taxi transfers? No problems encountered
If applicable, were your shore-side accommodations satisfactory? N/A
Were you able to locate and board your yacht easily and at the agreed time?
Were you cordially greeted by your crew? Yes. It was very smooth and Bryan was very welcoming.
How would you describe the state of your Charter Yacht? Was the Yacht
immaculate or untidy, well-maintained or a bit worn-out? Was the Yacht
cleaned daily throughout your charter? The Yacht was IMMACULATE and Devin spent a great deal of time attending to it to keep it that way. She made sure that it did not get cluttered. She was tidying constantly. I don't think she ever sat down. We were requested to take off our shoes on the yacht and in the dingy and to rinse the salt water/sand off of our feet etc when ever we embarked. The yacht owner should be very pleased with how well they take care of it. They were very conscientious about maintaining it in tip top shape.
Were all the advertised equipment onboard and in good condition? Yes everything was in good working order.
How would you describe your Captain and Crew? Bryan and Devin are a very personable, hard working young couple. They are polite and helpful. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their roles and ensuring that you are well looked after. Bryan comes across as a very confident and competent captain. Even when it was stormy and we were "in the middle of nowhere" on our way to Anagada, Bryan made everyone feel very safe. Even my husband who can be nervous on water was totally relaxed and enjoyed hearing that it was the "fastest they had ever managed to sail that yacht". Sails went up and sails came down precisely when they needed to! There was great attention paid to the details.
Were you able to partake in the activities and itinerary you desired? Yes the only thing that didn't go as planned was that the whales didn't show up like they were supposed to! Lol Bryan was very accommodating and incorporated even last minute requests.
What were your favorite activities and highlights during your Charter? The sailing was fabulous. We were blessed with great conditions. Exploring the islands and the snorkeling were probably the highlights. Some even went night snorkeling.
How would you describe the quality of the meals and beverages served
onboard; exceptional, sufficient, or unfavourable? If you had any specific
needs or requests, were they accommodated for? The food was amazing. There was no shortage of it and lots of variety. We like lots of interesting foods and that's what we got.
How would you describe the quality of the services provided by The Charter
Yacht Company? Is there any additional information or service you wish The
Charter Yacht Company could have offered you? Would you recommend The
Charter Yacht Company to others who are interested Chartering a Yacht? The service provided by the Charter Yacht company was also excellent. I would most definitely recommend you to others. The only suggestion I would make is to get the survey from the yacht crew out to the client sooner. It would have been nice to have more time to ask the rest of my family if they had any comments to add to it. I had to answer it on everyone's behalf in order to expedite it's return to you.
Please add any additional comments, whether it’s constructive criticism or
describing your satisfaction and appreciation.
It was a fabulous holiday!!
Thanks.

I just wanted you to know what an awesome time Carol and I had aboard Happy Time this past week. Your crew of Bryan and Devin are the absolute best! They were always so professional at what they did but so personal when dealing with all of us. I can’t think of a better duo to crew your boat, really. My wife and Sandra fell in love with Devin (and Bryan) and really enjoyed them so much.
Hopefully, us and the Corley’s will be back soon to the Virgin Islands and we would not want to go with another crew other than Bryan and Devin. Thank you for choosing such a great team to make our trip the absolute best!

Hello Steven, hope you and your friends are have a great week on Happy Time. Just wanted to let you know that Sandra and I had the best time ever. We were very impressed with Captain Bryan and Devin. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. I still can't believe they know what they know at their age. They did everything possible to make sure we had a great time and succeeded. As Sandra said, we saw every type of fish you could see. Only thing we didn't see we're penguins ! Once I get some of my pictures processed I'll send you a select few. You can use any of them to promote Happy Time if you want. Hope to return again in the future and will recommend Happy Time, Bryan and Devin to my friends.
Thanks, Don and Sandra, Fort Worth, TX
