CAPTAIN - ANTONISDAGKLIS
Antonis is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra, and also holdscertificates from STCW for Unlimited Tonnage. In 2013 Antonis attended the HellenicRepublic Ministry of Economy Competitiveness and Shipping Seafarers TrainingDirectorate (KESEN), and holds Captain Class A’ Diploma. He has worked asofficer on cargo tanker ships and cruise ships and has vast experience as Captainon board luxury motor yachts. Antonis is a very devoted Captain who earns therespect and admiration instantly, both from his crew and his guests. He hasbeen awarded from HCR for saving life at sea and holds a first star divercertificate.

ENGINEER – NIKOSNIKOLIDAKIS
After completing high school, Nikos attended the “Merchant Marine Academy ofAspropyrgos” in Greece, where he obtained his Engineer B’ Diploma, He alsoholds Engineer A’ Diploma, and all the necessary safety certificates. Nikosbegan his services at sea in 2000, where he served as Apprentice Engineer on a merchantvessel, Further on, he served as 3rd Engineer and then as 2nd Engineer on motortankers. In 2009 Nikos brought his services and training on to luxury motoryachts serving as 2nd Engineer on board motor yachts. Today Nikos is servingalongside with the immaculate crew of m/y “Helios”.

CHEF – KONSTANTINOS BALATSOUKAS
Konstantinos has graduated in 2007 from IEK “Le Monde” where he attendedcourses for Technical of Culinary Arts. Also he holds Certificates and Diplomasfor: RO/RO Passenger and Basic Training for Life Saving and Fire Fighting. Konstantinoshas also attended seminars for “Food Professionals” in Athens, “Thai CookingLessons” in Thailand, and “Best of international d’Alain Ducasse” in Athens. AsChef, Konstantinos enjoys creative cuisine and can please the most demanding clientsfor French, Italian, Spanish, and in general Mediterranean Cuisine. He hasworked as Chef for restaurants “L’Artigiano”, “Kyma”, “Best Friends”, “Cosica”,“Kouzina”, on board cruise ships, and on board motor yachts. Konstantinos has been awarded the 3rd place at theChefs’ Competition at the“Mediterranean Yacht Show 2014” in Nafplion.

Charalambosholds Chief Steward Diploma, and Certificates for Life Saving & FireFighting Appliances, and Professional Lifeguard. He has been on board luxuryyachts since 1999 and he is very experienced. Charalambos is very hardworkingand a wonderful asset to the highly professional crew of “Helios”.

Evangelia is a graduate ofSivitanideios Education School where she attended as Special Applications theDiettan Nutritionist sector. After the completion of her studies, Evangliaemployed as a graduate intem/trainee in the General Hospital of Kefaloniaisland. Later on, she worked at 4 stars Hotel Kefallonia Palace at the customerservice, and in a restaurant in Athens. Evangelia is working as Stewardess onmotor yachts since 2015 and she is always willing to serve her guests with asmile.
