Crew Profile
Captain: Will Anderson - 32
Mate/Chef: Nikki Harris - 26
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic hosts Nikki and Will are ready to warmly welcome you aboard Holo Kai and ensure a truly memorable charter.
Born in Melbourne, Australia, Will spent most of his childhood on the east coast of Australia aboard his family’s
yacht. From there he progressed to yacht racing, competing in many Sydney to Hobart races and numerous
prestigious regattas.
In 2005 he moved to Europe to begin work in the Super Yacht industry and fulfill his dream of sailing around the world. With a background in engineering and boat building, as well as a wealth of experience at sea, he quickly progressed through the ranks to Captain.
He is highly motivated, organized and goes out of his way to ensure utmost guest happiness.
Raised in Hamble, Southampton by seafaring parents it was no surprise that Nikki was drawn to a life on the water. Completing her first transatlantic at 18 she has worked for six years aboard luxury yachts.
In that time Nikki has run professional kitchens ashore and worked alongside some of the best chefs afloat. Using quality, fresh, local ingredients her food is of a consistently high standard, and with a broad repertoire of international dishes she is happy to tailor the menu to suit the tastes of Holo Kais guests. Trained in silver service for Royal functions and with an eye for detail you can be assured dining aboard is a delight.
Nikki has a passion for travel, and her sailing has taken her all over the world. She has spent time in Asia and the Far East, sailing the Indian Ocean from Hong Kong to the Seychelles. She has cruised the Caribbean and Mediterranean extensively and is happy to share her knowledge and experiences.
Nikki and Will hold a wide variety of professional sailing qualifications and are PADI qualified divers. Whether you are keen to sail hard, or prefer a peaceful swim in a secluded anchorage you can relax knowing that you are in safe hands.
