 Captain Bruno Todisco, Italian, 60 y.o.

Bruno is an excellent, experienced and professional seaman who has been working in the luxury yacht industry since 1998. During this time he has visited most of the Mediterranean and Adriatic, he has also cruised in the Caribbean Sea and has sailed from there to Africa. Before joining M/Y INDIA during the summer 2015, Bruno has led for several years the wonderful M/S MONTECRISTO, always obtaining an impressive positive outcome during every single charter. As Captain, he feels extremely honored to operate in the Mediterranean area, onboard such a beautiful yacht, working with professional colleagues and having the opportunity to create unforgettable moments for anyone who steps foot onboard the stunning M/Y INDIA. Italian mother tongue, Bruno speaks also English and Spanish.

Chef: Salvatore Cozzolino “Celeste”, Italian, 47 y.o.

Salvatore, “Celeste” for his friends, is a very talented and experienced chef.Its passion for food covers many facets of his life: he manages various farms that produce olive oil and organic zero kilometers vegetables. The careful selection of all the products he uses is reflected in the quality of his dishes: his main aim is to use only fresh local seasonal ingredients and to create food combinations aimed at exalting their best features.He’s also a professional sommelier, very able in suggesting the right matching wine for each of his delicious courses. He also has a strong passion for the sea and for fishing, and he’s always keen to share his knowledge and techniques with his guests.Before boarding on India, he managed several restaurants in and around Naples (The Vibes, La Barrique, The Bannera) where he got to know the best producers for each ingredient he uses. Great lover and connoisseur of the Mediterranean gastronomy, he will be able to delight even the most demanding guests.Italian mother tongue, he speaks a basic level of English and Spanish.

Engineer :Tommaso Piccolo, Italian, 53 y.o.

 Being born in a seaside resort on the Sorrentine Penisula, Castellammare di Stabia, Tommaso has shown a keen interest in sailing and the sea since his early age. After taking his degree in fact, he achieved many maritime qualifications and certificates and, in 1986, he started working aboard marine pollution rescue units, until 2013 when he decided to embark as a engineer officer on a privately owned yacht. The mechanical skills acquired thanks to his education and his 22 years long experience in the yachting industry, assure the comfort and safety of his guests. Tommaso is also a very kind and sociable person, eager to share his nautical anecdotes with his guests. He speaks a medium level of English and Spanish.

First Officer: Maurizio Izzo, Italian, 29 y.o.

Maurizio has always had a very straightforward life plan: he wanted to pursue a career in the yachting industry, that’s why he decided to attend the Nautical Institute in Naples, where he took his degree in 2007. Since then he’s always been living over the sea: he started as a Deck Cadet, later becoming a Third Officer and then a Second Officer. During these years he has acquired a large experience and has been in charge of many different tasks, from equipment maintenance to route planning. He’s extremely serious, professional and an excellent team worker. Italian mother-tongue, Maurizio also speaks excellent English and school French.

Deckhand/Sous Chef Mizzan Rahman, 52 y.o., Bangladesh

Mizzan started working in the yachting industry fifteen years ago. He already worked with Captain Bruno Todisco onboard M/S Montecristo for several years.Before embarking, he acquired a lifelong experience as a high-profile chef, working for the King of Abu Dhabi, the Karachi Club and for several other clubs in Pakistan, Turkey and Greece. Thanks to his passion for traveling, he developed a particular and exotic taste that he always conveys in his culinary creations, being a necessary support to the chef.He is an experienced deckhand, very professional and accurate and he looks after his guests to the best of his abilities. He’s a hard worker, always smiling and keen to give his assistance whenever needed.Rahaman speaks fluent English and Italian.


Chief Stewardess: Sabrina Monaco, Italian, 49 y.o.

Sabrina is an excellent chief stewardess, discreet, hard worker and very well organized. She’s a certified school teacher but her dynamism took her to search for a more active kind of job. She worked in the Customer Care field for several years, traveling the world and improving her English and French level. She discovered her passion for the yachting industry in 2009, when she embarked as a chef/stewardess on a private yacht. Since then she continued her maritime career, becoming in 2011 a chief stewardess. In those years she perfected her organization and team coordination skills and became a perfect chief stewardess, very precise and attentive to all areas of guest service. She enjoys working in dynamic teams where she can be challenged and is able to put her expertise to full use.

Stewardess: Elisa Gostoli, Italian, 44 y.o.

Elisa is a very discreet and friendly stewardess, always willing to help and to make her guests at ease. She was born in Rome but, after taking her degree in a Tourism Management Institute in 1991, she decided to travel to London where she worked in the Hospitality and Customer Care field for two years. Her passion for travel lead her to work in Rome’s major airport but she found her real way when, in 2011, she boarded on the successful charter yacht Montecristo as a hostess where she worked until 2014.Very well organized, flexible and a perfect team worker, guests will enjoy her pleasant company and professional service. Elisa speaks mother-tongue Italian, fluent English and basic French.
