Chef

Jacqueline Antoinette

Jacqueline’s passion for dining, cooking and the sea are in her genes, with three professional chefs in the family including the Personal Chef to the Admiral of the Fleet in WW2. Cooking is her second profession after being the International Ski Marketing Executive for Horizon Holidays in the UK and mother to two in France, where she honed her self taught culinary skills.  After which she ran away to sea and became “chef to the rich, famous, infamous and ageing rock stars”. Jacqueline now has nine years experience as a private and charter chef, has lived in France, Austria, Italy and Florida and has embraced cuisines and special skills from Asia, the Mediterranean, Caribbean and America. She is as happy preparing romantic moonlit dinners for two as catering for 450 guests at the Cannes Film Festival. Her attention to flavor and presentation  will make your experience on  board both memorable and a delight whether it is an al fresco BBQ on the sun deck or  a nearby  deserted island or  family style dining in Island Time’s relaxing salon.
