CREW PROFILE

Tim and Anni as Captain and Chef have been sailing together for several year spanning waters in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Having spent most their lives on the water they are keen watersport enthusiasts and love to help guests make full use of the equipment aboard IXION. Both Tim and Anni have experience working with children and families will be made more than welcome.

Anni is from the South of England has been in the sailing industry since finishing university. She has experience in teaching children to sail as well as chartering. Anni enjoys catering for a wide range of tastes while incorporating Mediterranean and local flair.

Timothy Adams, captain of IXION, has been in the sailing industry for the last 12 years. Leaving England to sail round the world at 16 Tim went onto work for several charter companies in Greece, Croatia, Africa and the Caribbean. He is also a trained boat builder and presently undertaking a yacht surveying course. Tim has both RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore & MCA safety qualifications.

Tim and Anni’s experience include working for a local charter company in the BVI’s as Captain & Chef and running a chartering operation in Croatia. Besides a wealth of experience, Tim and Anni bring excellent hospitality skills and they are both fun, and great company to make a charter on IXION an experience of a life time! They are both very approachable, and always prepared to ensure the highest standards are met by our guests.
