Bev and Jay have now completed over 3 years on board Kealoha 8 including four Atlantic crossings, participation at the prestigious Charter Yacht Show in Antigua, charters and cruising throughout the Northern Caribbean including Cuba and the Bahamas, an extensive winter refit in Mallorca and summer seasons chartering in the Adriatic off Croatia and Montenegro.

Having been together for 20 years, Bev and Jay are a professional,
adaptable, discreet team; they have been sailing and cruising for over 20 years and professionally for over 9 years. Along the way they both gained marine firefighting, sea survival and first aid certificates whilst Jay is qualified as Master 200 tonne (Unlimited) and Mate 3000 Tonne and is currently studying for his next Master 500 Tonne Qualification. (K8 is 65 tonne).

Both have numerous interests and in any time off enjoy various watersports, hiking, and sightseeing.

Bev is a qualified Yachtmaster as well as being a fully trained
chef and hostess - now that is multi-tasking!

Bev loves fresh food, and takes great care in selecting the very best of local produce for guests on board Kealoha 8. She is able to satisfy all your dietary requirements after years of cooking professionally and having trained at the prestigious Rosie Davies Culinary School.
