Chef – Heather “Ms. Mei” Meihana
Brought up in Auckland, New Zealand, “Ms. Mei” learned at an early age the fruits of the sea and how to find, prepare and serve them. Her love is to search for the freshest ingredients and prepare them on board for the guests to enjoy.
Her culinary skills started in the Royal New Zealand Navy, cooking for the many hungry sailors. Then she fine tuned her skills in hotels and restaurants, where she appeased many celebrities like Elton John and Bill Clinton, to name a few. Here she learned the finer aspects of presentation before making the transition on to private yachts.
It is my guarantee that you will never go hungry and with her warm, friendly personality, KELLY SEA will always feel like home.
Whether it is good wholesome home cooked meals you like or a la carte, your tastes will be catered for and with her contagious laugh and consistent bubbly aura, your stay on board will be filled with fun times and great food.
