Captain Dave Johnson and First Mate Diane Johnson welcome you aboard. Their easy going personalities and spirit of adventure create a fun and relaxed atmosphere aboard.  As former instructors of a nationally known maritime school, they are highly skilled and dedicated to your safety. Together with the yacht’s professional chef, stewardess, and engineer, the entire crew stands ready to serve you.
 
Chef Daniel Fourdan was born in Pontivy, Brittany, France. He graduated from the CEPHOR Culinary School in Vannes, France, in 1992. He has over 18 years experience working in a wide variety of European specialty restaurants. His travels have taken him to such places as Quiberon Brittany, the Alps, the South of France, and Paris. After arriving in the States in 1992, he worked for several years at the Commodore in Key West where he met the owners of  KIPANY. Once they discovered his talents, they quickly persuaded him to join the yachting industry aboard their boat.  While Daniel is skilled in a wide variety of culinary styles, his focus is on using fresh local foods tailored to cater to your specific dietary needs. As an award winning Pastry Chef, his desserts will amaze and delight your entire party.
 
Stewardess Jenn Slack was born in the Midwest, and grew up on a family-run resort. She has over 15 years experience in a variety of hospitality industries from resorts and restaurants to hotels. Jenn has traveled abroad extensively including working as an English Language teacher in Japan. She is silver-service trained, and possesses an innate love of people and a sincere willingness to go above and beyond. Jenn’s keen eye for detail, her big smile and cheerful attitude are sure to enhance your experience aboard KIPANY.
 
Engineer Patrick Clark was born and raised on the Great Lakes and has been involved in boating his entire life. He sailed competitively in dinghy racing for the University of Wisconsin and later became involved in big boat competitions. He then returned to school to earn a Masters Certificate in Architecture from the University of Oregon. Later he rejoined the yachting industry and served as an engineer of yachts as well as delivery crew for numerous boats moving throughout the Great Lakes and along the eastern coast of the United States. He has participated in a number of extended refits and restorations and has great skills in problem solving. Patrick enjoys traveling, sailing and is an enthusiastic Harley Davidson motorcycle rider.
