Eric and Bryony met whilst working at  sea and have  a love of the water, they have now worked as a team for over two and half years.  They are a fun couple who are committed to your enjoyment and safety while onboard Koluka. 

Koluka is the third Oyster that Eric has run so he knows his way around them!  Eric is fully qualified with an MCA Yacht Master and Ocean Master.  He has completed four transatlantic crossing and has logged over 50,000nm, you know you are in safe hands.  With his extensive charter experience in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, Eric has an inside knowledge of secret places, whether you are looking for a fun night out or a quiet, romantic anchorage.  When Eric is not sailing, he enjoys waterskiing, wakeboarding, snowboarding and relaxing on the beach with a cool beer.

This is also the third Oyster Bryony has been First Mate/Chef aboard.  She gained her cooking skills at the prestigious Cutting Edge School of Cookery and Wine. Bryony has a real passion for cooking and will create a menu to suit your dietary requirements and delight your taste buds.  Besides being an accomplished chef, Bryony is an experienced sailor.  She has her Day Skipper qualification and has completed three Atlantic crossings. Her bubbly and approachable personality will make you feel happy and relaxed as soon as you step onboard Koluka. In her spare time she enjoys waterskiing, horseback riding, reading and what girl can resist a bit of retail therapy! 

Bryony and Eric make a perfect team they are energetic and nothing is too much trouble to make your holiday extra special. They look forward to greeting you aboard Koluka and giving you a charter to remember!
