Charter on December 28 - January 4, 2016  in the BVI 'S / Party of 6

We had a fantastic time! The weather was pretty nice and not too choppy or rainy. The boat was very nice and the crewwas very pleasant and accommodating. Overall we had an exceptional time!

9– The crew met all of my expectations. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but not terrible.

10 – The vessel was very nice and met all of our expectations

10 – Dining on the boat was fantastic. The cuisine was varied enough to keep it interesting and the chef did an amazing job preparing the meals.

10 – The BVI is one of my favorite vacation in locations. A little bit rough a couple of days, but that is expected this timeof year.

Note: ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best.

Charter on April 11-18, 2015 / St Martin / American familly of 8

Good morning,
Thank you for prompt follow-up on our charter on Lady Alliaura. In a word, our experience was exceptional.
The Vessel, Lady Alliaura, was in absolutely first-class condition, providing an abundance of space for our party of eight and crew of four. The air-conditioning, particularly for the staterooms, made the nights very comfortable. The layout of the afterdeck where we dined and spent most of our time under sail and the visibility and layout of the upper deck, salon, and staterooms exceeded all of our party’s expectations.

The Crew were engaging, pleasant and focused on providing each guest with a unique and remarkable experience.

The Captain, Sebastian Leclerc, was a deliberate, accomplished and composed seaman with strong leadership skills.

The mate, Caroline, was an accomplished sailor with a good sense of humor.

The chef, Laurent, possessed an unusually good humor since he spent most of his time in the galley preparing meals fit for a king.

The hostess, Celine, was intuitive, gracious and very attentive to everyone in our party.

The Experience overall was exceptional to any of my prior chartering efforts. The legs of our itinerary were well laid out with thoughtful consideration for the comfort of our party as it related to selection of anchorages, sails and time on the open water, the high point of which was a gorgeous night sail from Barbuda to the eastern side of St. Maarten.

Our entire party of eight, without exception, thoroughly enjoyed our adventure and will certainly look forward to another opportunity to sail on Lady Alliaura with her exceptional crew at some future date.

And to you, a tip of the hat for the professionalism and assistance you provided me in organizing and preparing for each member of our party’s comfort, menu preferences and special meal requests, recommendations on packing, and arrival/departure from Lady Alliaura. I told Captain Leclerc that we would be delighted to provide an excellent recommendation on Lady Alliaura and her outstanding crew.
I’m appreciative of your efforts on our behalf.  For years to come, each member of our party will fondly remember the crew, the vessel and our time aboard Lady Alliaura

March 2-9, 2014 / BVI'S / Family of 6 + one baby

Hi Nieves,
Oh my goodness.  The trip was fabulous.  The crew was fabulous.  Captain Jeff was extremely accommodating in allowing us to go to the spots in the BVI's that we wanted to go.  He proposed some new places for us to see as well which all turned out to be fabulous.  David and I are both certified sailors and we are encouraging our son-in-laws to become certified as well.  Jeff allowed David and the boys to sail the Lady Alleura and it was a great experience.
Dani was an excellent chef.  The meal presentation was phenomenal.  We all have some weight to lose after the trip but the food was outstanding.  :)  Doreen was amazing.  She was very attentive to the smallest of our needs and was keenly aware of the time we were not in our state rooms so that she could go in and clean without disturbing us.  Maxime was wonderful as well.  The entire crew worked very well together and made our trip a trip to remember and look forward to repeating!
