Sebastien took part in the yachting industry more than 20 years ago.
Native from Champagne, in France, his introduction to yachts began by racing dinghies at an early age and he has been sailing ever since.

He successfully completed a degree in psychology at university, as he was gaining a large experience in regattas and match racing by the mean time.

At the age of 24, he qualified as captain and started to do charter in New Caledonia.
He skippered numerous sailing and motor yachts, and sailed over some of the world s most acclaimed areas in the Mediterranean, New Caledonia and the Caribbean.

Sebastien will be very happy to share his intimate knowledge of the Caribbean Islands with the guests, showing them his favorite spots from the BVI to Grenada, always committing himself to make each charter on board of Lady Alliaura an unforgettable experience.

Caroline Beauvisage

Caroline was born in France and grew up in Guadeloupe where she used to be on sea until she was 14. She is graduated in architecture, but wanted to live by the sea.

She got her Chief mate and Officer of Watch (OOW) tickets and worked in yachting ever since in Caribbean, Pacific Ocean and Mediterranean Sea on several sailing and motor yachts.

She enjoys travelling and experiencing new places in the world and over all, share with guests those places to discover. Her other interests include sports, arts and design.

During the last fifteen years he has worked as Chef aboard Motor and sailing yachts as S/Y LEVANTE 80’’, S/Y MUSE 70ft, M/Y LEONARDO 98’, M/Y Sultana 80’, M/Y Quid Pro Quo 31m Amalfitan Coast, M/Y Ocean Sapphire 43m

He has worked alsol on private yachts as M/Y Amazing Mangousta 108ft or M/Y Marcelina of London San Lorenzo 27m Nice
He is fond of French Cuisine and has knowledge of Italian and Asiatic dishes. He likes using citrus aroma as a signature in an original fusion perspective. He has experience with kosher-food, dairy and gluten free dietary. He can do American or Continental breakfasts in demand and work with European and Caribbean products…

He is always looking for new recipes for his guests.

In addition of sailing his Hobbies are literature, theatre and photography.
