LADY SHARON GALE Testimonials
"Dear Captain Mike, Marija, Rico, Ian and Lydia—
We are home.
It was a long day and a long trip and we arrived into a driving rain storm. Today has been completely overcast and gray and though we live in a very beautiful place, it is hard not to feel the contrast from the 10 GLORIOUS days we spent with you on Lady Sharon Gale. The weather, the color, the light. All extraordinary. It went far too fast!
I admit that our expectations for a charter vacation are pretty high—having done this 3 times before—but I have to say that our expectations were not only met but exceeded in every way.
From the confidence and safety we felt with Mike at the helm to the incredible, loving and generous care that Marija showed in literally every interaction, to the OUT OF THIS WORLD food presentation and creativity that Rico offered with each and every meal (not to mention his amazing energy and storytelling); to the wonderfully good natured, helpful and always strong and comforting hand of Ian each day and on all of our sporting excursions; to the kind and gracious assistance of Lydia to keep everything tidy and clean—ALL of it—it was awesome.
We have always loved charter vacations because they provide a chance to be someplace beautiful, on the water, (mostly) unplugged and TOGETHER with our family: An unprecedented captive audience for 10 straight days. It’s an amazing time to relax and reconnect; to laugh and enjoy but also to quiet the mind, rest the body and rejuvenate the spirit.
You were each instrumental in making that work for us in a very BIG and meaningful way and we are most grateful—" December Charter 2014 BVI
