Dedicated, knowledgeable, and versatile, Captain Arnaud de Battisti is known for his exceptional capabilities not only navigating the seas but in being receptive to guests wants and needs ensuring that each holiday onboard LEVANTE is a bespoke experience. With a Master 500 and a maritime career spanning over 15 years, he is a qualified captain with extensive experience in the Mediterranean and Caribbean that has gained an outstanding reputation in the charter industry. Always enthusiastic with a warm genuine personality, Arnaud takes great pride in his position and enjoys sharing his love for sailing with others. Arnaud looks forward to showing guests of LEVANTE an unforgettable time onboard and ashore exploring the world’s most beautiful seaside locales.

Chef: Antoine Thoma

Antoine is a passionate french Chef who started cooking very young with his Mum and grand father. They gave him the love of good food and very good products. After many stages in different restaurants he decided to start an apprenticeship in a very famous restaurant from the region he come from. Then he totally found in love with the job and traveled all around France to discovered what french cuisine really is. From traditional restaurants, to 3 Michelin's stared Georges Blanc restaurant and 5 stars Hotel Ashford Castle in Ireland it has been over 10 years of passion and skills improvement. Today Chef Antoine is on board of Levante to bring the best he can to his guests, from a family style lunch to a gastronomic multi-courses dinner. And of course if you like pastries it will be a pleasure for him to surprise you with some very nice pastry recipes he learned during his career.

Stewardess: Emilie Depierre 

Emilie discovered the job of waitress in his parents restaurants. She found in love with the job and decided to go ahead and to always improve the way she serves her guests. After two years in a semi-gastronomic restaurant she wanted more skills so she finished her two years of study in Georges Blanc's 3 Michelin's stared restaurant where she learned what can be the best service in one of the best French restaurant. It has always been a pleasure for her to make the guests happy and to be in advance on the guests needs. That's why she worked 2 years in 5 stars Hotel Ashford Castle to learn what is one of the best guests care in the world. Today her best wish is to bring her skills to Levante's guests to make them feel like in a very particular place where we don't see the stars at the door but we just feel them.
