Régis Monnier is a very professional, meticulous, trustworthy and open minded man.
He started sailing at 6 years old with his grandfather in Brittany and always knew he wanted to work on boats.
He spent 6 years with the French Navy and gained a lot of experience at sea, sailing in the Channel, North Sea, Baltic, Atlantic and Caribbean. He then started professional skipper licenses and sailed on different types of boats: from old gaffers to racing boats.
He has done charters in Brittany for 2 years, has been captain on Etoile Filante (18 meters), Etoile Maxi (25 m), and old gaffers such as Etoile Polaire (33 m), Etoile Molene (35 m)
He then started working in the yachting industry in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean 6 years ago with his wife Marion. He has worked on S/Y Nan Shan (35 m), M/Y Azure Rhapsody (32 m), S/Y Magic Cat (25 m )and S/Y Black Shark of St Peter (25 m) .

Marion is a very dynamic, efficient, open minded, smiling and adaptable woman, some people even call her the « white tornado »
She always gives her best to please people on board and has gained a lot of experience during her 6 years in the yachting industry with her husband.
She loves traveling and discovering new cultures and people; at 18 years old , she spent 1 year in the USA as an au pair, then went to the university of foreign languages in France, then worked for 1 year in Spain and finally met Regis and left her life in Barcelona to cross the Atlantic to Brazil with him.
They share their passions: the sea, all water sports, traveling, meeting and discovering new people…

She has a lot of Restaurant experience, acting as Manager and Chef, specializing in Mediterranean, Italian and French food.
She started working as a Chef on boats 6 years ago including S/Y Nan Shan (35 m), M/Y Azure Rhapsody (32 m), S/Y Anabelle (29 m), and S/Y Django Too (25 m).
Marcela’s cooking is inspired by the experience of extensive travelling and interaction
n with many different nationalities. She always cooks and decorates her plates with passion and originality, she will always experiment with local produce and flavours creating dishes from scratch or adapting secret recipes learnt from her travels!
She has known Marion and Regis for 5 years, they have worked together on various boats and a very strong reciprocal working relationship and friendship has grown over the years.
