MA BICHE Crew Profile
Captain Mahmut Aydin aged 54. A charming man that speaks English very well. Born Istanbul 1986 he started his sailing experience on sailing yachts and then private power vessels. He has been on 'Ma Biche' for 3 years. A real gentleman.
Chef: Mahmut Im, aged 37, born near Antalya. Started his culinary career in restaurants and progressed through to FIVE Star plus, hotels. The Onwers, who are hoteliers, were so impressed that have retained him on their 'Ma Biche'. He will offer a wide selection of European and South American styles including Fabulous Summer Turkish cuisine. Guests have rated him highly.
Engineer; Suleyman, 34 years of age. He has been on 'Ma Biche' for the past 3 years and has worked on many other vessels. He is Bodrum born.
Steward: Serdar is 30 years of age from Anatolia, speaks English and Turkish.
Hostess: Goknur from Istanbul. Speaks English and Turkish.
