CAPTAIN – Odysseus Nichoritis

Captain Odysseus holds an A Class Captain's Diploma having graduated from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy. He was born in 1976 and is a Greek national. His work experience in the yachting industry began in 1999. He has worked on M/Y El Chris, M/Y Bellatrix, M/Y Art of Seduction and M/Y Taos. Captain Odysseas has been working on M/Y Melina C since the yacht was being built. His experience in the Mediterranean Sea is a valuable asset and he will make you feel safe and secure and show you the most beautiful beaches and areas during your cruise. He speaks English. He enjoys fishing and water sports.



ENGINEER – Sofoklis Klis

Sofoklis holds an A Class Engineer Diploma. He is 39 years old, a Greek national. He has attended many seminars re engines and generators and has a lifeguard’s diploma. He also holds a speed boat license and certification of rescuing. He has worked on many vessels and since 2002 has been on board various charter yachts i.e Mai Tai, Kentavros, Iris etc. He speaks English. He has been onboard Melina C since her launch. He enjoys traveling and cars.



CHEF – Stratos Karatzas

Stratos has graduated from the “Chef D’Oeuvre” school of Chefs. He is 40 years old, a Greek national. He has worked in various 5 star restaurants and yachts. He has great knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, he recently attended a seminar of Italian gourmet cuisine at Nicola D’Atri restaurant in Vienna. He is a very creative and competent Chef who can satisfy all clients’ requirements. We have received the most positive comments from clients about his cuisine. He joined M/Y Melina C, as did most of the crew, upon delivery of the yacht. He speaks English. He enjoys fishing.



STEWARD – Pistis Kostas

Kostas is a graduate of “Odontologists & Dental Technicians”. However his love of tourism and sports made him follow different paths. He has worked as a basketball coach to small children, this position helped his communication skills. He has attended “Administration of Enterprises of Tourist” seminars and he has worked in many restaurants and five star hotels such as “Grand resort Lagonisi”, ”Ledra Marriott”, “Hilton Intercontinental Elouda” etc. He joined the team of M/Y Melina C this winter and his experience combined with his pleasant, professional personality, enabled him to quickly fit in as a team member of the crew. ! He is a very pleasant and professional person who guarantees impeccable service to all guests. He is 36 years old, a Greek national. He speaks English fluently. He enjoys sports, music and reading.



STEWARDESS – Lia Iordanidou

Lia is 30 years old , a Greek national. She holds a diploma in Tourist Business Administration. She has attended the following seminars at the Mediterranean College: "Hotel Administration", "Restaurants Administration" and "Restaurants Sanitation". She has worked in hotels and on passenger vessels. She speaks English. She is always smiling and tries to cater to client's needs at all times.



BOSUN – Vasilis Skantzos

Vasilis is 40 years old, a Greek national. He holds a Bosun’s and a Speed Boat license. He has worked on passenger vessels and on charter yachts M/Y O’Ceanos & M/Y O’Neiro. He joined M/Y Melina C in 2009. He speaks English. He is married with one child and he enjoys all water sports.



SAILOR – Arquelada Nixon

Arquelada is 40 years old, a Philippine national. Prior to joining M/Y Melina C at her delivery, he had worked for two years on a private yacht. He speaks English. He likes football and fishing.
