Thanks to a very recent and complete upgrade, the sought-after charter yacht Milk and Honey is better than ever. Solidly built by the premier yard of Palmer Johnson and beautifully maintained, she accommodates ten guests in five staterooms.
Exceptionally large for her length, this sleek 125-foot, tri-deck yacht offers the volume and space of a 150-footer. Among the abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces is the sun deck, with a spa pool, bar, and wicker settees. Also on this deck are oversized lounge chairs that adjust to face the sun or shade and can convert to sun pads. One level down, on the boat deck, there’s a large table for dining under the stars. Meals are also served on the main deck, either in the formal dining salon or in the soft breeze on the aft deck.
Throughout the interior, serene colors and supple fabrics complement such rich woods as cherry, mahogany, burled olive, and inlaid black walnut. The main salon, with a long, curving settee and chairs, has a full bar as well as a large high-definition 3DTV and a state-of-the-art sound system.
The full-beam master suite on the main deck encompasses a private office, large stateroom with centerline king-size bed, and his-and-her vanities and WC’s connecting to a central steam shower and tub room. Three queen staterooms and one twin stateroom, all ensuite, are located on the lower deck.
As would be expected on a yacht of this caliber, no detail has been overlooked, including zero-speed stabilizers to ensure guests are always comfortable as well as expertly looked after by a polished crew of 7.

MILK AND HONEY Crew Profile
Captain Kenny Tassin
Captain Kenny grew up boating, fishing and sailing on Lake Pontchartrain, the bayous and bays of south Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. His love for the water found him in The Bay Islands of Honduras as a boat Captain and Dive Guide for several years. After cruising the western Caribbean in his 30 foot sailboat Kenny decided to turn his passion for the sea into his career, skippering many boats and covering many sea miles in a lot of places over the past 24 years. Captain Kenny along with his wife and enthusiastic crew have provided many wonderful charter holidays. He has run prestigious vessels such as Gatster, Aerie and Gale Winds. Whether hauling a monster fish over the side, pointing out unique tropical fish to divers or cruising to the most beautiful remote anchorages, Captain Kenny always delivers the safest, most comfortable and pleasurable trips for the most demanding guests.
Chief Stewardess Chandra Tassin
Chandra was raised on the waters of eastern Long Island, spending summers living aboard her parents’ boat in Sag Harbor. At 20 Chandra became the Assistant Harbor Master and Dock Master for the Village of Sag Harbor and gained lots of experience running boats and tying up large yachts. While working there she met Captain Kenny and they decided to share their passion for life and the sea together. Besides keeping the interior of the boat in impeccable order, Chandra ensures guests will stay well pampered with the highest level of service and a beautiful easy going smile.
Chef Jeff
Jeff was born into the culinary industry in Southern Vermont. His family owned an American dinner house and they made everything from scratch. As soon as he was able, he was helping his father in the kitchen and his mother in the front of the house. During his school years he worked in a variety of cooking jobs and learned a passion for food.
Eventually he found his way to the Hotel Sofitel, San Francisco in Redwood City, CA where he apprenticed for a year and a half. From there he traveled to the island of Maui where he was awarded 4 and 5 star reviews for his “farm to table” approach to Hawaiian Regional Cuisine. While at the small restaurant “LaTasca” he coined the term “Maui-terranean” for his style of Mediterranean and Asian fusion cooking. Jeff ended his 4 year journey on Maui as Executive Chef of the Kula Lodge.
Returning to Vero Beach, FL, Jeffrey opened his own restaurant called “Flare’s Village Café” cooking his own vision of world island fusion for seven years. Prior to boarding M/Y Milk & Honey, he was the sole chef on board the dive yacht Turks & Caicos Aggressor II. Through guest feedback surveys, T & C Aggressor II was ranked number one in their world-wide fleet overall and for food.
Jeffrey is very versatile and can produce a wide range and styles of cuisine from classic Italian & French to New American Classics, BBQ, Southern Home Cooking, Vegetarian & Vegan, Cajun, Floribbean, Hawaiian Fusion, Sushi, Thai, Fine Dining & Impromptu Picnic, etc… he also bakes and dabbles in pastry. Special requests, food allergies and low-fat/healthy options are also within his repertoire and is happy to accommodate all dietary needs. He has been a certified professional food manager for the last 14 years in the state of Florida.
Engineer David Karner
David was born in Estonia and moved to the states when he was a kid. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he worked on high tech aircraft and weapons systems. David has been an engineer all his life and has built many race cars. His two biggest hobbies away from the yachting world are driving race cars and photography. We are sure that David will keep our yacht working and operating smoothly.
Chief Officer Trevor Mulkey
Trevor joined the crew aboard M/Y Milk & Honey in the fall of 2011. He has spent most of his adult life on and around boats. Having owned sailboats for many of those years he learned to repair and maintain all aspects of them as well as rebuilding many interior designs he found inadequate. His love for life on the water surpasses his fascination with cars and motorcycles. He is an avid free diver and passionate about warm, tropical weather. There is a wonderfully relaxed, playfulness about Trevor that makes him a pleasure to be around. The guests appreciate his ability to spot the fun snorkeling, kayaking or exploration opportunities. Children and adults both feel safer and benefit from his experience. Trevor’s easy-going personality and team-player style make him a pleasure to have around for the guests. M/Y Milk & Honey and Captain Kenny are excited to have him back on the team.
Stewardess Sydney Stevens
Sydney was born and raised in Medford, Oregon. Her main passion is the Ocean and anything to do
with it. She has been around water her whole life and spends more of her time in the water than out. Other sports she enjoys include wake boarding, mountain biking, river rafting and other extreme sports. Sydney’s family’s annual international vacations have sparked her interest in traveling to exotic places and to experience as much as possible. With her passion for the ocean and traveling it seemed the obvious choice to join the yachting industry.
Deckhand Joe Ungerland
Joe was born and raised in southern Florida. He is new to yachting but enthusiastic and ready to do whatever it takes. Growing up around the water he has accumulated knowledge of all types of water sports, as well as different types of fishing from the ocean to inshore angling he loves to do it all and a true waterman. Joe like to spend his time off doing anything outdoors, whether its hiking up a hill in the Virgin Islands or free diving around the boat looking for the next meal he will always find something fun to do. Joe is always friendly, hard working, outgoing and ready to have you aboard.
