Gianni Brill, Captain - Romanian



Gianni Brill was born in Bucharest Romania, which he left at the age of 15. After some years of roaming the world, he moved to Southern California at the age of 21. Here, after owning and running a number of businesses, he established EuroSail Charters, teaching sailing, boating and skippering charters in various locations around the globe for 16 years. The attention to detail, service and the passion for the sea has brought many clients back, eventually becoming personal friends along the way. Gianni is a ‘hands on’ Captain that will make your holidays on board memorable and leave you wanting more. Skippering a multitude of sailing and power yachts in many areas of the world combined with his multilingual talents has given Gianni the opportunity to feel comfortable in any location the yachts’ clients wish to visit. He holds a USCG 1600T, and 3000T MCA licenses in addition to sailing and boating instructor, safety and firefighting.



John Balch, Engineer - American



John has been in the marine Engine Service Industry for 22 years and the Yachting industry for 8 months. He is a surfing instructor and he specializes in a variety of water sports. His priority is helping our guests in all their sporting activities.



Bo Van Der Zanden, Deckhand - South African



Bo grew up sailing with his family in Africa and when he completed the Yachtmaster Offshore ticket he sailed all over the world. Having lived on a boat for most of his life, the sea is the source of his greatest enjoyment and there is no water sport he doesn’t like and won’t try. He loves to share in the thrill of sailing and to make the experience as wonderful as it can possibly be by providing friendly assistance with whatever is needed.



Tory Peters, Chef - Australian



She is a passionate chef with a degree in Fine Art at university that shows in her enthusiasm for presentation of her dishes. She firmly believes appreciation of food comes first from your eyes then to your taste buds! Her style of cuisine is of Italian, Mediterranean and Asian influence, though she is always eager to meet the needs of all guests and she especially conveys a love of the marketplaces unique to each Island or country along our travels and indulges in local spices and flavours.



Cathy Howarth, Chief Stewardess - Canadian



Cathy has been in the Yachting industry for only a short time, but comes in to it with degree in Hospitality Management and 18 years of working in and managing restaurants. She has working in Canada, Bermuda and the Mediterranean. She enjoys scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming and other water sports, as well as many land activities such as hiking and cycling. She has an outgoing, friendly personality and a passion for making our guests feel welcome.



Emma-Lynne Van Jaarsveld, 2nd Stewardess - South African



Emma has been in the Hospitality industry for 18 months and the Yachting industry for 1 year. She enjoys an assortment of water sports and she loves being outdoors. She has a good-natured personality and enjoys being around kids.

MILO Accommodations

MILO can accommodate 10 guests in 4 cabins.
The Master cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet.
2 Guest cabins have a double bed, shower and toilet.
A Guest cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet.
MILO  is fully air conditioned through out.  This is a non-smoking vessel.  MILO´s crew has a separate heads and shower. Guests are not allowed to bring pets onboard.
